We had a very good holiday at the apartment clean very central quiet and close enough to bars beach and handy for shopping good for the bus for getting about round the island never saw any cockroaches the pool was cleaned every day .

Good location for beach, bars and shops. and property need updating, with at some paint to start, large balcony but with limited sun, may see more in summer months, so only used apartment to sleep, as we ate out every day. Place was full of cockroaches, three met us when we arrived in the apartment, loads dead on the steps to the pool, never used any of the facilities, would of been cheaper to find a little apartment with small balcony close to the front. Maybe good for a group as only had small single beds in bedroom. I am but of a clean freak and wanted to give the place a good clean, hence why we got up and went out and came back to sleep.

Second time at this property, it's good. Large apartment in a superb location near to all beaches, bars & restaurants. Wifi would have been a bonus as would a washing machine, but overall very good. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely holiday apartment quite basic and towels in need of updating but it really is a great place to stay so much so we have booked for next year

Really enjoyed our holiday, apartment was great especially the large sunny balcony. Wifi in the apartment would have been the icing on the cake but not really a problem as wifi is readily available in most local bars and restaurants for free. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants close by. All in all just great.

We had an issue with cockroches which the owner is sorting out .It spoilt our time there so hopefully it gets sorted.

Given the previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment. The photos do not do it justice, curtains etc are far superior in real life. Everything we needed was there and the apartment was clean and had plenty of space. It's not 5 star but just perfect for a week in the sun. Lovely big balcony and comfortable beds too. Very secure too as two doors so felt safe. The complex itself was in a great location and there are plenty restaurants and bars nearby. Beach is only 10 mins walk away. Plenty beds at the pool and a nice mix of nationalities in the complex. On the down side one of the sheets had a small hole in it but that's my only comment as everything else was great. Quite a few bugs about too but that comes with the hot climate and plenty bug spray available to use.

As soon as we arrived we saw that the outside of the complex was in need of a makeover - paint on exterior walls was peeling and the complex looked run down. In the apartment itself there were various disappointments. Firstly it is very tired and in need of a good clean - doors and paintwork dirty as was the floor, particularly the corners; the cooker controls were greasey; the fridge hadn't been defrosted for so long that the freezer compartment door wouldn't shut; the sunbeds and outside table needed cleaning (white plastic and would probably have needed power hosing) and the fencing outside was rusty. In a previous review someone had said it was big enough for a family of 5 - must have been very very crowded. Although clean bedding was supplied, the dirty bedding wasn't collected in the time we were there. The only saving grace for this apartment for me was the location - easy access to Puerto Colon - the beach, bars and restaurants. Also the pool area - two good sized pools with a children's pool (not that we need that) and the pool bar provided good food, good prices and friendly staff.

The terrace/balcony was the best feature of the apartment the view of the swimming pool and the sea was lovely. The apartment itself could do with a little decoration but we still had a wonderful holiday.

We have just returned to UK from a 4 week stay in this apartment and am very happy to leave a favourable review. The location of the Orlando complex is ideal for those who prefer the Adeje Beach/Torviscos area of Las Americas. We've been going there for several years now and find it is perfect as it has everything we could need. The complex seems well maintained with a very clean pool area which is strictly for those staying on the complex as you need a key to access the glass fenced area. The pool bar is great too; offering food and drink at very reasonable prices. It also has a small stock of everyday items that you may need although there are 2 huge supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. The apartment itself is in an ideal position for those who love the sun as the huge balcony area gets it all day round. It has a table and chairs as well as recliners and has obviously been well maintained recently. The rooms were freshly painted in white with tasteful pictures on the walls. The bathroom looked newly updated too. It has everything by way of furnishings that you need, though the TV system could probably do with an update as it wasn't too good if the weather outside wasn't too good, but I think that applies to the whole complex not just this apartment! The couple who maintain the apartment were very prompt with the linen changes and so helpful with information about the area and can also offer airport transfers if required. All in all, we loved it and will be re-booking for much longer next year!
