Burgas View is a large luxury holiday villa on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It consists of 2 identical mirror image houses. One reserved for the owners, the other for guests. The property is divided in half vertically.
Bird watching from Burgas View at Lake Atanasovsko on the Via Pontical bird migration route from Africa to Europe and a bird watchers paradise in the spring and autumn.

It boasts a fully walled recreational area, large private swimming pool, covered outdoor kitchen/BBQ and summerhouse which are solely for the use of guests. A large 4 bedroom villa will accommodate up to 8 people including children. There is an outdoor summer house with table tennis, cinema/you tube music videos etc,, fitness equipment, golf simulator, xbox kinect etc. Bikes, sea kayaks and archery are also available.
There is also a new outdoor and indoor tennis centre within 10 minutes of the property by car. Transport can be arranged.
Although the property is close to the coast and all the beaches, it is not possible to walk to the beach. By car the nearest beach is 10 minutes by car and many beaches are within 20 minutes. There is also a good local bus service.
Situated in a Bulgarian village above Burgas International Airport with access to any type of holiday requirement. There is a selection of shops in the village but Burgas is a city with beaches, shops, bars, cafe, restaurants all in close proximity to each other and exceptionally good value for money.
For larger groups it is possible to hire a small bus at an economic rate to go to local attractions like the water park, Nessebar and Sunny Beach or use public transport, taxis or hire car.
A range of holiday resorts are within easy reach by a variety of transport. They include Sunny Beach for the young at heart, Nessebar for the historically inclined and Burgas for any requirement. Sozopol to the south of Burgas is a little known gem, previously a Greek trading settlement by the name of Apollonia
