Entrance level: Entering the villa, the first floor main entrance has an open plan living/kitchen area. The living area has a fireplace and French windows that open onto a wide canopy balcony and a swimming pool. Next to the sitting area are the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor double bedroom. Next to the first floor dining area are the stairs leading down to the ground floor area. Here, we can find a smaller kitchen/ sitting area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The ground level is wheelchair accessible and the bathroom is also suitable.
The villa sits just 100m from the main road to Vasiliki and Nidri but far enough to avoid the busy road sounds.
