3 bedroom villa with private pool in Lanzarote, Spain
Overall we had a great stay at the villa.The facilities were more than satisfactory and the layout suited the family members with mobility issues with having the downstairs bedrooms and shower room.

3 bedroom Costa del Sol holiday villa rental with private pool
Very spacious villa and very well equipped, had everything we needed. Lovely outside area, garden was so nice and good swimming pool. We didn't hire a car but there was a great cheap, regular bus service just at the top of our road, which took us into town and the harbour. Restaurants were about 10- 15 mins walk, though
one we went to was a bit over priced for the quality of food. (Hidema) Lidl just a short walk away and was so cheap so we tended to cook at the villa on most days and sit on the lovely
terrace. The only downfall was it was uphill around the area, and proved we wasn't as fit as we thought lol. But it does show this in details.
The hosts were really helpful and even drove us to the airport as we had an early flight home.

5 bedroom Algarve villa to rent
Very big 3-level house with 5 nice rooms w balcons and 3 bathrooms. Old style but very nice and in a relatively quiet area away from the party streest but still just a walk away to both the center/old town (go left) and the party street (go right). The pool is great and the terrase very nice. No aircon but fans and some wind if you leave the door/window open. Great for family and groups.

This is a really great villa in a good location with the best pool I've ever encountered at a holiday let.
Communication was good, the owners were very flexible and the place was spotlessly clean.
It's clear that in it's time, this had been a very grand property and whilst it remains a great place to holiday with everything you could ever need, it would benefit from a bit of updating in places.
That said, I wouldn't hesitate to book again and I would recommend the villa to anyone.

4 bedroom Algarve holiday villa rental with private pool
Fantastic property in a great location.The villa is very nice and was clean.I would recommend hiring a car as it’s in a very quiet location.The only issue we had was the composite decking around the pool broken in a few places unfortunately and was a problem as we had young children with us.

3 bedroom villa rental in Costa Blanca, Spain, with private pool
On arrival we found that dirty plates had been put into the kitchen press which resulted in ants. However this was our only issue with cleanliness the rest of the villa was very clean if a little dated. The location of the villa is about 40 mins walk into Denia itself, there is a Eurospar and Aldi nearby and there is a lovely local café beside Aldi. The beach is about 5 mins walk. The WiFi connection isn't great as the router is very old. The villa is very spacious and comfortable. The outside area and pool are lovely and have beautiful views of the mountains, unfortunately we couldn't use the BBQ as the base was broken. The welcome pack was minimal refuse bags and some cleaning materials. An information pack about the area ie bins, local shops, cafés, things to do and see etc would have been good. Denia itself is a beautiful town with lots of cafés, bars, shops and restaurants and the people are very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa however I do think that some updating could be done.
