The booking portion with Clickstay is very easy to navigate and works well. The problem is on some of the sites which are listed for rent. We tried to book "The Island house" on the gulf coast 2 years ahead because we knew it would be popular. They declined and said they don't book that far ahead. So we tried to book 14 months ahead and they again declined saying they rent to returning guests so you will always be declined. If that is the practice then why do they show on their calendar that their villa is available? We are also wanting to go father south in Florida but Clickstay doesn't have a lot of properties in the southern portion of the state. They are mainly near Orlando and a lot of these properties are getting tired and need to be renovated. For next year we have booked a beautiful villa in Cape Coral through Coral Villa rentals. The home we are currently renting is really in need of upgrading and it does not have the privacy it advertises. It must be hard for a company like Clickstay to know all their properties available when they are in the UK so we feel it is time to book through a company which is in the state where we want to vacation. We have been booking through Clickstay for several years and feel it is time to move on.

Can’t fault it. Booking confirmed quickly and I had a direct contact email with the Agent who is very helpful and allowed us to change our date by one day each side of the holiday because there was not a flight on the original dates. Very quick to respond.

The villa is amazing, great location, very handy for visiting Split, and Krka national park., and nearby beaches. The villa is fantastic, all that you could want, great pool, lots of room, handy for supermarkets and restaurants. Henry the owner was so helpful, he meet us at the villa, and make sure we were happy, then throughout the week he was on hand if we needed him to help. He booked 2 restaurants for us, that he had recommended, and they both were great, with beautiful location and food ( Restaurant Jure). Can’t recommend the villa enough. You will not be sorry.
