This is a modern, top quality, 4 bedroom, all ensuite, 4 bathroom Townhouse Villa with free WiFi, free Sky Sports and Sky Movies. We also have an Amazon Firestick TV system offering EVERY Channel you could wish for including all movies and sports. We have totally remodelled the kitchen recently and it is complete with all Bosch equipment and an American style fridge/freezer. Marble and wooden floors throughout and in an ideal location. It overlooks the Millennium golf course and is less than a 5 minute drive to the Marina and beautiful beaches. If you don't wish to hire a car we have a local bus stop immediately opposite our house and one stop takes you to the Marina and Falesia beach. There is a timetable in the house. Only 4 Euros in a taxi. It is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned.

We have a barbecue / dining patio overlooking the large 15 metre pool which is only 5 steps from the house. The sun shines all day on the terrace and pool and sets in the evening overlooking the pool. Truly spectacular.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch fittings and is a pleasure to cook in. It is a 2 minute drive to three of the golf clubhouses ( laguna, millenium and victoria) and a 4 minute drive to the busy marina area and beaches. It overlooks the Millennium golf course and the sea beyond. Would suit golfers and families alike. We also have a brand new large Supermarket 300 yards from the house.
Entry through the front door leads you to the large open plan dinning area with solid wooden dining table with 8 leather seats, and large sitting area with a leather 3 seater, 2 seater and large armchair. Large LCD TV with Amazon Fire stick and Sky+ package, including sports. Beyond the living area and through patio doors is a large patio area with a dining area and table and chairs for 8 people. This is a fantastic place to sit and watch the world go by or even just to watch the kids playing in the pool from a nicely shaded area. Immediately outside the patio area are 4 exclusive sun loungers dedicated for your personal use. There are other communal loungers which you may also use. The pool is 5 steps away from the patio area and is therefore ideal to be in and out of the pool as many times as you like. As the sun sets across opposite the terrace it's a wonderful place to enjoy "sundowners".
Downstairs on the lower level are two bedrooms. One with twin beds and one with a double bed.Both are served by a recently refurbished and modernised Jack and Jill ensuite offering entry from either bedroom.
We have an luxury inflatable bed for use if you have 9 guests.
Upstairs on the top level are a further two en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large bay window and a great view over the Millennium Golf Course and a large sun balcony which overlooks the pool area. This ensuite has recently been totally refurbished and modernised to top quality.
The other bedroom has a large double bed and Juliet balcony and has both a shower and a bath.
The kitchen has all modern Bosch equipment including Microwave and there is an iron and ironing board and hair-dryer all available in the house.
The house has a lovely atmosphere helped by the layout giving two bedrooms on the top and bottom level with the living accommodation and pool area in the middle. It means that you are not living on top of one another and can have breathing space when you need it.
400 Yards from the house is a brand new Pingo Doce supermarket where you can buy all of your groceries without the need for a car.
We are only a very short drive or taxi (under €5 Uber ride) to the Marina and beaches and there is a tourist road train which passes at the end of the road every 25 minutes which can take you to all of the beaches and Marina and back during the tourist season. We have a bus stop directly opposite the house which can take you to Faro one way and Albufeira the other.
