I've owned this villa since I purchased it off plan in 2007. I've watched the whole area develop over the years and have fallen in love with the place. I enjoy relaxing at the villa and it feels like home from home but there are some lovely areas in the region to visit. Compared to the rest of the usual holiday destinations, it's still fantastic value, particularly if you go off the beaten track. You can enjoy the sophisticated Dinevi Marina in St Vlas or go to the charming cobbled streets of Nessebar or Sozopol or have a mad night in Sunny Beach with all the bars, restaurants and lively nightlife and it's all within an easy drive or taxi ride.

This house was bought with the idea to take our holidays ourselves there, and later to retire there. But we only have few weeks of holidays... it's sad to leave the house empty the remaining time (and I can use the money).... so please rent it!

I live in Bratislava and besides my job in the hospital in the anesthesiology-resuscitation department for children with cardiac illnesses, which fulfills me, I rent my apartments in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a passionate traveler throughout Europe I fell in love with Bulgaria's beautiful coasts . Eventualy Bulgaria became my second home and I am planing on spending a considerable part of my life there. I own four apartments right on the coast of the Black Sea, in the city of Burgas - Svieti Vlas in the complex of Grand Resort Fort Noks. Apartments include everything that our guests, prefering a private acomodation over hotels, need. Apartments are registered in the ESTI state tourism system in the Bulgarian republic. I am obligated to ask every incoming guest to send me an identification card of any type. I have to enter your personal data in to the ESTI system and then pay the local tourist fee for each guest. I am Bobby O'Driscoll. I am from Ireland, but I have fallen in love with Bulgaria. I bought our Villa in the Vineyards Resort and Spa in 2008. What impressed me about the Resort were the facilities that were available there. Besides the private Swimming Pool that is part of our Villa, there are two large Outdoor Communal Pools available to everyone staying at the Resort. This, along with the indoor Pool and Spa within the Vineyards Hotel. I have spent every summer there since, and have gradually experienced what a beautiful country Bulgaria is. I bought the condo in Kissimmee because it is much nicer to stay in a condo than a room in a hotel. The facilities at Legacy Dunes are so good that it is rated number one Specialty Lodging in Kissimmee. It is convenient for everything. I am also planning to spend long periods here during my retirement and with grandchildren when they arrive! I like to get my winter sun!
