My family has lived in Cyprus, in Peyia, for a long time and we love it very much. We have chosen our two villas for rent very carefully, so that our guests are happy. We know how much you deserve your holiday, and we do everything to make you happy with your trip. We have installed filters for tap water in the houses, so you do not need to buy water for drinking and cooking. And the pools and gardens are maintained to a high standard.

Argaka is my mother's village. I think that it is one of the most beautiful village in Cyprus. I love this village and the most of my holidays as a child I have spent them there. I love travelling a lot. Some of my favourite travel destinations are Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, Crete, Mykonos and Spetses island), London, Bruges, Barcelona and Rome. I cannot live without my family, friends, beach and sun for a long time. I love greek, thai and italian food.

We are both keen golfers and with four championship courses very close by, we are in our element! Andrew and I love history too and the island has been occupied by many nations over the centuries and is full of interesting places to visit including World Heritage sites I could happily the archaeological site by the harbour at Kato Paphos once a week for the rest of my life and never tire of its beauty Take a swim in the clear waters of the Mediterranean or visit the Troodos mountains where the temperature drops by several degrees - I think that you will love Cyprus and Beau View as much as me

The reason we decided to built our villas in the specific area in Coral Bay mainly is because of its location, very quiet but also so close to coral bay sandy beach and coral bay strip, car is not essential at all. We looked at several countries of sunshine to semi-retire to and chose Cyprus. Reason was, the residents here speak very good English, drive on the left, signages are all in English and everyone is so friendly and willing to help you, plus those glorious sunny summer days and warm winter months. John and Ann had the detached 3 bedroom villa built to their specifications in the village of Koloni, Geroskipou, Paphos, a beautiful part of the Paphos resort region, close to all tourist areas, yet peaceful. The villa is at the end of a cul de sac road containing twelve properties that are mainly Greek / Cypriot owners and we have fantastic seaviews / sunsets over the countryside and ownward to the Mediterranean sea.
