Lefkada is surrounded by blue waters with white endless sandy beaches, mostly in the west. The east is dominated by the green Prigiponissia with its picturesque anchorages and its sandy gulfs

The villa is located to the South of the Island close to Syvota. The sheltered anchorage at Syvota makes it a favourite with the boating set and boasts a large number of fish taverns to satisfy their needs.
The villa has a private driveway, and is situated within 4,500 square metres of land, which ensures maximum privacy. The villa has a private swimming pool, a separate pergola area with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and launch and, for sea bathers, there is direct access to the sea from the villa.

Villa Marella is situated at one of the most beautiful locations on the Ionian island Lefkada, with direct access to the sea where we have a platform exclusive for guests of Villa Marella. The villa has an exceptional view on mainland Greece, the Islands of Meganissi, Atako, Arkoudi and the mythic island of Ithaca.

A steady stream of boats and yachts pass by all day long and the surrounding scenery is delightful. The ever-changing natural light reflecting off the mountains of mainland Greece and the nearby islands is enchantingly atmospheric.

At the entrance of the villa is a waterfall where the water falls from the rock into a pool, symbolizing the rock and the sea that are characteristic for the island of Lefkada.

On the south side of the house is a spacious sunbathing area around a private swimming pool (45 sq m) to a depth of 1.60 meters. On the other side of the house is a terrace of 120m2 with a pergola, outside kitchen, BBQ and lounge area.

When entering the villa you arrive in a spacious living room with separate living and dining area. The decoration is modern and in line with the design of the house. The central themes are the stunning views from all areas in the house. A new and fully equipped open island kitchen provides you with all modern comfort. Through large sliding doors you access a large balcony of 75m2 where a fantastic panorama unfolds with the sea, the mainland of Greece, the entrance to the harbor of Syvota and the islands of Meganisi, Atoko, Ithaca and Arkoudi.

An internal stair takes you to the lower floor where we have three double bedrooms, each with large closets, en suite bathrooms and private terraces with stunning sea views. On the lower floor is also a separate room for washer and dryer.
