My wife and me had a wonderful vacation at Martins and Helens beautiful home. If you are searching for privacy and a quit place, you are absolutely right. What we really enjoyed was that Martin and Helen are so attentive, but still considerate. We felt completely comfortable and took both of them to our hearts. The really big pool and the wonderful garden are a dream! Pomegranate, lime, lemon, orange and carob trees make this property a paradise. The best way to describe is, that we will be back in 2025.

Excellent facilities, very clean and modern villa set in large (and beautiful) gardens. Indoors is fully airconditioned throughout with insect screens on all windows. The pool is generously sized and perfectly maintained at a nice temperature. The 2 outdoor seating areas are both comfortable and charmingly placed to either keep an eye on the pool or relax in the garden area by the pizza oven and BBQ. The surroundings are very peaceful, we barely noticed having neighbours and any noisy nightlife in Malia doesn't reach the villa. Plenty of local shops and Tavernas of Old Malia are 10 minutes walk away, all are excellent. Can't really ask for more, just don't forget your mosquito repellant and I can promise you will have a perfectly relaxing time here.

L'accueil des propriétaires (fruits frais et boissons dans le réfrigérateur) et leurs bons conseils de visites touristiques et de restaurants. La maison, la grande piscine propre, le beau jardin et le calme. Un excellent séjour !!!

Fantastic private place in the hills of Malia close to the romantic old town. Within 10 minutes, you reach the old town where there are several idyllic authentic restaurants. You can also rent a scooter to drive around (Mochos and Sissi are lovely!), but it's not necessary if you don't want to. The house is very clean, modern and spacious and the whole pool and garden is yours. There is no noise at all, so if you're looking for a quiet place, this is it.
