Fantastic property! Very comfortable beds, great clean pool. Very quiet countryside & pleasant surroundings. Super local area. The owner is very helpful & responds promptly when contacted. All in all a wonderful two week experience.

This villa was perfect for a large group of friends, situated in a quiet area which we enjoyed, i would recommend a hire car for the stay to get the most out of the area! Lovely beach around the corner with clear blue water! (although it was a little cold in february for this haha) The owners let us check in earlier and check out later which was a big plus! One of the rooms was a little chilly but again this was down to the time of year we went, im sure this would be a bonus in the summer time!! I would recommend this villa

+the location is good in 100 meters from the beach, near the supermarket and the buss station and very close to all the restaurats. The apartments has a nice terrace where you can have a nice breakfast in the morning and the kitchen has everything you need. -there is a problem with the ants in the kitchen and from time to time you will find even a cockroach or two in the bathroom. Other then that the apartment was ok,we had a lot of fun and everyone in my group agreed that we made the wright decision to rent this apartment.

Villa Anita  Nice size, well positioned in a quite area in its own grounds. Inside the rooms are large enough, there is air-con in lounge and master bedroom, also a ceiling fan, but only a ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom. The sheets were VERY old and although clean were "ingrained grubby".and the king size bed is 2 singles held together.   The kitchen is ok, plenty of pots and pans and plates cutlery etc: but distinct lack of oven proof dishes,Just 1 oven tray.  I had to wrap tin foil over the oven shelf to give me a second.  No kettle was provided and only 1 plastic jug which I had to use to boil water in the microwave.  Outside it is very spacious, BBQ was useable but the shelves are missing.  Swimming pool is very small, one depth, but enough to cool off. If you have several kids it would be too small.  The spar shop is a 5 min walk as is a lovely little friendly restaurant, where the food is excellent.  The beach is 5 mins further down the road, it is clean and sandy with rocks in the water. there are reasonable services inc a cafe/ restaurant.  The rest of the village is a 10 min walk continuing up hill. Cala Murada is beautiful !  its quite, 90% of the tourists are German so the locals know very little English. The nearest large supermarket where the prices are reasonable and they sell fresh meat and fish is in Porto Colom. Porto Colom is 15 euro each way by taxi. Porto Christo is 25 euro each way. Manacor is 35 euro each way. If you want to get around a lot its worth renting a car, we decided taxi was easier as we planned on being lazy.  Joseph was very helpful throughout our stay, although communication was a problem.

Very nice house, but a bit close to the road (with local traffic). We missed some wine glasses (there were only water glasses) and a dish washer ! The plastic chairs need cushions as you almost glue to the seat in the heat ! The house should have a "Guest book" with most common information about the area, shopping poss. and shared experiences could be found. The pool was very nice and very clean ! We spend many wonderful evenings at the portio and appreciated the night silence and the sound of the leafhoppers...

We recently spent 2 weeks at this property in August 2010. 3 families - 10 people in total. We arrived at the villa at 2pm and were told to come back at 4 as they were not ready for us. When we returned the first thing we noticed was that the villa is in a tired condition and in need of a refurb. Bedding is clean but worn. Pillows were inadquate. There was a piece of glass missing in one of the bathroom windows and the shower curtains were torn and falling down. One of the toilets kept breaking. Not enough sunbeds for 10, Not enough cups or glasses - It just felt like everything was on its last legs! We tried to contact the people who looked after the villa but we were either told to call back later or got an answer machine. The bedding / towels and window pane were not changed until 10 days into our holiday and the villa was not cleaned by the agents whilst we were there. Having said all this with a bit of refurb and more customer care this would be a fantastic villa! Its in a great location and you can walk to the beach easily.

Absolutely fantastic – couldn’t fault it! We certainly hope to stay at Sullastre Verd again and Porto Petro is a beautiful village, don’t want to say too much about that though, want to keep it a secret! We thought the villa was excellent value for money, it met all our expectations. It was very private, if we hadn’t left the villa we wouldn’t have seen anyone all week – except for the owner when he had to open the villa for us, because we had locked the keys inside – he came straight away. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet, peaceful holiday away from the rabble. As my brother-in-law said “I didn’t think places like this still existed”. Brilliant!

The villa was very spacious, plenty of room for us, which consisted of 4 adults and 4 children aged b/w 10 and 7yrs. We stayed over Easter (early April 2010) for a week and unfortunately, unknowingly that Calas des Mallorca is closed until the hotels open in May. If you hire a car "from the airport" it would not be an issue if you were intending to drive around but we were led to believe a car was not necessary as restaurants and supermarkets were within walking distance, which they were, although closed while we were there. There were 2 or 3 bars/restaurants open but would have been better having a greater choice, rather than only these to choose from but utilised the BBQ at the villa which helped. No major faults with the villa, large pool (unheated) and garden area although would have been nice to have been mowed, quite overgrown. Only real negative of the villa were the beds, which were quite uncomfortable and crying out for new linen and updating with duvets rather than old blankets. Definitely visit the Mogitos Cuban Cafe and especially Paco from the Athenas Bars who helped us with groceries every day.

The villa was clean and spacious, it catered for our every need, all the rooms were large and airy. Its possition was great only 5 minutes from the supermarket and restaurants, the only problem with being that close was the noise at night, but they did finish at midnight. The pool was wonderful, we would use the villa again, but would hire fans for the rooms. The local beaches are great, nice and clean and only 10 minutes away.Mant thanks.

Excellent quality property, good location, would stay here again. Only, very small remark is that it would have been good if a kettle would have been provided.
