Good, quiet location. Very clean with plenty of towels. Really well stocked kitchen. Recommended.

Visited June/July 2019, family of 4. Lovely villa in a superb location, literally 10 minutes from Disney’s Animal Kingdom and a short cut included, lovely touch. Villa is light and airy, loads of space, massive master bed, en suite and dressing room. Lovely big bedrooms for my kids with a bathroom apiece. TV in every room. Ice cold air con. Lovely large pool area with shaded seating, larger than average pool, a bit too warm to be honest, like swimming in a cup of tea! Everything works as it should do, no issues during our stay. The owner Elizabeth communicated clearly and in a friendly manner from the off, we never met but I reckon she is a lovely person. I have no hesitation in recommending this great value for money villa to any future guests.

Very pleasant villa, larger than expected, very clean and tidy, lots of extras. Poole kept very clean, even after storm. Plenty kitchen equipment. Lots of linen, including towels etc. We as a family enjoyed our stay very much. Convenient for all parks, eating places and shops having Walmart near by Would love to revisit in the near future. My family of four just spent two weeks at this lovely villa, which is located only a couple of miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom. This was our second stay at the house, the first one being August 2015 when we stayed with another family. The house is very large and clean and the description and photos do not do it justice. It has a very large pool in the backyard and a furnished oversize covered lanai, great for enjoying a cool drink while watching the kids play in the pool. The bedrooms are large and well appointed with super comfy new beds! The master bedroom king bed was particularly sumptuous. The kitchen is loaded with all the tools you could possibly need for an extended stay. The villa feels like a home not a sterile rental. It is suitable for large families or several families due to the size and number of bedrooms. The owner, Elizabeth is super friendly and very helpful. Given the location, value for money, amenities and owner support, we thoroughly recommend this property. We plan to rent it again on our next trip to Orlando.

We stayed at this villa last minute and it was wonderful the family had a amazing time villa owner was great with communication and answered every question. The pool was great and well used by us. The beds were comfy. The area was great within easy reach of everything one straight road to all the parks shops and restaurants. We cannot fault a thing and will look forward to stay again in the future The hetherington family

This is a great 4 bed villa with pool and within a reasonable distance to Theme Parks and Orlando. Lindfields Estate is quiet and peaceful but still has plenty of shops/restaurants just a few minutes drive away. The owner, Elizabeth, is very accommodating with requests and information. Would have no hesitation in staying again should we return to the area.

We have just got back from our trip to Florida staying in the villa. Party was two grandparents, 3 in twenties and four and half year old. The villa was perfect for our extended family, large rooms, plenty of space for all age groups, well equipped. Communication with the owner was easy with quick responses and information on all the necessary duties ie which days to put out rubbish etc. The pool area was great, lots of floats and space to walk safely around pool with a 4 year old unlike other villas I looked at. Bbq was pounced on by my son and used a few times. We have stayed in Lindfields before so knew it was close to Disney and easy access to I4 for other areas. Can not rate it highly enough, we have rented a few villas in Orlando but will put this one top of my list for next time, that's if we can't persuade the owners to sell it to us, what more can I say. This is beautiful villa is located a couple of miles from Walt Disney World (there is a sneaky back road that brings you out near the entrance to Animal Kingdom) Our party of two families, 4 adults and 3 children shared this villa in July 2015. The villa is very large and bright with comfy furnishings and you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The Master Bedroom is very spacious with a huge ensuite. There are three other good sized bedrooms spread throughout the property. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the equipment and utensils that you would ever need. There is large dining room and living room located and the front of the house and a very comfortable family room towards the rear of the house so people can spread out and get some privacy. Outside the house in the backyard is a superb in ground swimming pool which is much larger than the Villas that we have previously rented in Orlando. The backyard is surrounded by a tall fence which makes the pool area very private. There is a huge shaded lanai with lots of pool loungers and furniture. The pool and lanai are completely enclosed with bug screen. It is an excellent place to unwind with a cocktail while the kids splash in the pool. We had excellent communications with the owner, Elizabeth who is both friendly and professional. We received amazing directions to the property and instructions on using the numerous amenities. We have rented lots of villas in Orlando and in summary this one is hands down the best we've stayed in. It is very clean, spacious, close to Disney and has a superb pool. We loved it so much we have booked to return in 2018!

Our first impressions of the villa were a little disapointed as we were expecting a 5 bedroom & 4 bathroom as described on the website. Upon arrival we discovered that there were only 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. In my opinion this information needs to be updat ed with an accurate description. We did have 10 people in our party so 2 people had to make do with the sofabed in the reception which we really did not want to do hence the reason booking what we thought was a 5 bedroomed villa. Apart from this I can honestly say that everything else was fantastic. The villa has everything to make you feel completely at home for the duration of your stay & the kids absolutely loved the pool. The villa is ideally located for the Disney Parks & I would definately consider booking the villa again for our next trip. I would highly recommend this villa for others to use.
