Large, lovely and very comfortable villa perfect for our family gathering. We'll equipped and good selection if facilities. Cinema room was a great addition to the villa on a rainy day. Great facilities at this villa. The villa is a little further out than I was expecting so you need to be prepared to pay for a taxi to and from places (very easy to obtain) or hire a car. We had a lovely time at this villa and was very impressed with the space and facilities it offered.

Was a lovely stay at this villa, pictures don’t do it justice it was a nice surprise when we got there as was much bigger that we thought. The only thing is that it was very difficult to use the oven as the fuse kept tripping and with 3 children this wasn’t very helpful. Apart from that it was lovely. Thankyou very much for having us

Dear Leah, Thank you very much for your feedback and regret what has occurred during your stay, despite the several explanations. Once again, we inform that in Portugal, all building is equipped with and electric board that will trip when detect power overloads, especially with the new smart meters which are extremely sensible and will trigger the trip switch much faster. It’s a security measure which we cannot go around and need to adapt by making a reasonable and responsible use of the electricity, the same way we assume you do on your own home. When our maintenance arrived at your accommodation and found the 4 rings of the induction hob operating almost at max power + oven + air conditionings, not much we can do here as this is a massive power usage and will eventually trip the switch. Hope to welcome you again in the future. Take care and all the best, Vilamoura-Villas

We had an amazing stay at Villa Graciete. Lovely property, very spacious & comfortable throughout. If you’re a Golf fan then just perfect, we watched them playing all week. Pool is fantastic, not too cold which was brilliant. Very convenient to the Marina & small but well stocked grocery shop within a few minutes walk which we used majority of the time. Eating places within the same vicinity. Very relaxing & lovely holiday, couldn’t fault anything!

Fantastic stay and beautiful villa Communication with Paulo was superb Villa was mainly very clean (did highlight a little damp in one bedroom but not affecting holiday ) Only small criticism was beds were a little hard but this could be Portuguese standard Other wise beautiful villa lovely pool area Great facilities and great location Will be returning (even with the slightly hard beds ) For us this was great value for this holiday

Very nice area. Loved the pool although wife could not use it. This was due to her not being able to use the pool steps to get in. She is disabled. Could have done with a pulley to lower her into the pool. Fridge stopped working all of a sudden and melted our ice creams, when we returned at the end of the day the fridge was working again. But the ice cream we had to throw. So many cables behind the tv look like a fire hazard to me. However. We did enjoy ourselves as the villa did its job. Had to go out and buy four more boxes of ice ream.. I love my ice cream.

Dear Peter, Thank you very much for your review and for staying with us. Regarding the fridge, most probably it run the auto-defrost program. Regarding the cables behind the TV, we will check them. Glad to know you enjoyed your stay. Hope to welcome you again in the future. Take care and all the best, Vilamoura-Villas P.S. Ice cream on us next time, it’s promised!

Perfect for a family holiday - a bit of a walk to the marina so might be tough for young children but the villa itself was excellent

We had a fantastic 2 weeks at this Villa. It was exactly what we needed after a bit of a tough year. We are no strangers to this area and have been coming to Vilamoura/Quarteira for the past 26 years. This is however our first time renting a Villa as in the past we have stayed with family. The Villa was very clean and tidy. The facilities are basic but you really don’t need anything else. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils. There is also utensils for the BBQ which we used on several occasions. The back patio is ideal for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is small but we didn’t need an Olympic size pool as we used it for cooling down. The front patio gets the sun pretty much all day which is ideal for lazy days. On our second day in the Villa the Air Conditioning broke down in the sitting room and in one of the downstairs bedrooms. We contacted the management and they came out the same afternoon to look at it. They managed to fix the sitting room one but not the bedroom one. The very next day an engineer came out and fitted a brand new system which was a welcome relief as it was very hot in the room. The maids visited 3 times in our 2 weeks and changed the sheets and towels. They cleaned the bathrooms and swept the floors. Our only criticism of the Villa was the lighting which was very dim especially in the dining room area and the bedrooms. Also the beds could do with the mattresses replacing as they aren’t the best to sleep on. Also the rooms could do with more plug sockets especially near the dressing tables and mirrors. This Villa is not accessible for wheelchair users as there are 2 quite steep steps through the front gate. I am a mobility scooter user which I need for walking distances but I could just about get up and down the steps with assistance from my family. The pool also only has a 2 rung ladder which I could not manage to get out without assistance. Getting in was ok. You will need to hire a car as you are nowhere near shops. The nearest small Spar is at Aldeia do Golf for basic essentials. If you want bigger shops then there is a very large Lidl at Bouliqueme which is a 20 minute drive away. There is a smaller Lidl on the outskirts of Quarteira at Fonte Santa. There is also a Continente and Pingo Doce between Vilamoura and Quarteira. We would highly recommend a visit to Aquashow which is a huge water park. Also you can’t visit Vilamoura without a visit and a promenade to the Marina. There are lots of fantastic restaurants and shops to visit.

We would definitely return to this villa/area. Villa was clean and well equipped with an unexpected back courtyard as well as the front pool area. Plenty of space and sun from morning until evening. About a 10/15 minute walk to the Old Village with a selection of bars and restaurants or 30 minutes into the town and marina or there was a road/tourist train which was very regular but we didn’t use this just saw it often. Area looks mainly ‘residential’ although they appear to be holiday villas. Any problem with the Villa was quickly sorted (dripping AC unit and pool pump) as soon as they were told. Very accommodating with check in. Absolutely lovely. Thank you
