Lovely villa, you definitely need a car as is not within walking distance of any shops, bars, restaurants etc. Problems with the WiFi, but this was sorted out by Nick. Would be useful to have instructions for the heating and hot water. Overall we had a lovely holiday.

This is our third stay at the property and we found it as lovely as usual. It's really handy having the use of the car and would recommend the villa for family use. nick has always been helpful in promptly sorting any issues out.We will be back!!

My wife and I stayed here in June 2019. The Villa is in quiet area, and the current pictures on clickstay don't do it justice, in our opinion. The Gardens at the rear of the property are now more mature, and there is total privacy offered by hedges either side of the Garden. The pool is of decent size and was cleaned twice in the week we stayed there was also one visit by Gardeners. Each Visit lasted the most 1 hour and the people were polite and discreet. The rear of the Villa, where the pool is, faces south, southwest, it gets the sun all day. We did not use the free car provided, but we saw the car, and this represents good value, it is mid-sized car. The area is a little remote, so you do need a car, Paphos Airport is a minute drive away. The area was ideal for our early morning runs and walks. The Air conditioning worked very well, although we only used the briefly each evening to cool down the master bedroom. The wi-fi signal was decent enough for streaming Netflix, which was connected by my laptop via HDMI to the Samsung LCD TV provided. All in all, the Villa represents Excellent Value for money, highly recommended, we would consider re-booking it, if we decide to return to Cyprus.

Great quiet area. Close to A6 for sightseeing. Close to the 4 golf courses in the area. The small runaround car a necessity. The small villages very close by with amazing well priced food are ideal Kouklia Mandria & Pissouri The villa had great outdoor living space, cushions in need of replacement, not all sun beds usable. The villa was showing signs of end of season attention. Nick was a gentleman and replaced everything we asked for within 24 hours A few small plumbing issues, but again sorted immediately, possibly due to previous occupants not reporting. Lacked a bit a colour, everything very brown ! A splash of color cushions and throws and a few curtains would add sparkle and comfort to this perfectly situated villa.

Our stay at Villa Vounos was fabulous. We had a friends week away and from booking the villa right up until we came back last night has been a great experience. Nick the owner is a lovely family man and is great communicating with u should u have any questions. Pissouri where we stayed is a beautiful village and if u want to just chill out then this is the Villa and place for you to do that,and on the plus side you get a car as well. The scenery is just great and the villa is massive with 3 verandas, our only complaint is we didn’t stay longer. Nick the owner and Clickstay a big big thank you. Oh and I must not forget the steak house by MICHAEL is to die for, the food and the service was second to none, fabulous night out and a 5 minutes walk from the villa

Excellent Villa in a beautiful setting. The villa was very clean with all the utensils required is enouh for a large party. Very peaceful apart from a couple of things the main bedroom has a water pump behind the wall remember to turn it off before going to bed otherwise the noise is disturbing and no one's fault but the pigeons are early risers and their cooing is a bit noisy. Couple of things on arrival there was no introductory booklet and finding your way around takes some time with the hit or miss. Also the car, it was to me unfit for the road with having been in an accident it didn't look too good, the headlight's were shining anywhere but where they should, no spare wheel and a worn out rear tyre I had to replace for safety reasons, this cost was given back by the owner. I spend my holidays out of season and the cost of the villa was definitely a very good price even if I hadn't used the car. But the increase in the price for 2019 has put it out of my price range because there is only me paying for the two of us. These few negatives would not stop me from recommending anyone from booking.

Just returned from our stay and wanted to thank you for making us feel so welcomed. The assistance offered was prompt and efficient and Nick went out of his way to ensure that any concerns were addressed in a friendly and positive manner. During our three week stay we met Susie, the maid who attended weekly as did Ivan, the pool attendant, both of whom were polite and keen to be of assistance. The car was a very welcome addition and proved to be a necessity given the location of the villa. A very quiet and attractive setting overlooking the Mediterranean with local tavernas in Kuklia worth visiting as well as Secret Valley Golf Club, all serving excellent food. We hope to return and have no hesitation in recommending the villa, which was certainly good value for money. Both pick up and return to the airport was appreciated as was the welcome pack which had been organised by Nick. Once again, many thanks
