Perfect stay from start to finish! Fantastic value for money, excellent commutation. Had a fabulous holiday and would recommend!

John was very helpful from enquiry till checkout. The handover for the keys with neighbour Tony was straight forward and any questions I had he very quickly answered them for me. The apartment was equipped with every thing you would need for a holiday. Plenty of parking spaces (I would advise a car) All in all a very pleasant stay when I needed it the most.

We were here for a week and could not complain one bit. Absolutely excellent value fo money. Pool was only steps from apartment. Everyone in the complex very friendly and helpful.Overall had a very enjoyable week.

Everything was fine

Apartment well presented 15 minute casual walk to supermarket and restaurants. The cleanliness of the apartment was the only downside. Whilst bedrooms and bed linen were very clean the kitchen was a greasy mess fat running down oven door, wall tiles streaky as not cleaned well. Windows very dirty (appreciate the area had had the dirty rain a couple of weeks before our visit ) dirty finger marks on doors and kitchen tiles. I hope the the next visitors benefit from the 40 euros we paid on arrival for cleaning when we left, as we did not from the people who left before we arrived.

The property is perfect for families and friends. It is located near to Zenia Boulevar which is a bonus... Shirley was a very nice and friendly person. :) We just loved it. Thanks you for everything.

We love this little flat. Second stay for us. It is perfect for a totally peaceful lazy break. The pool is fantastic. So clean and well maintained. 3 stars for area as the beach we found was a bit horrible. We don't mind. We don't come for the beach, nightlife or any of that. We come for a complete peaceful rest in a comfy, reasonably priced apartment with a great pool and that's what you get. Oh, that and Shirley who manages the flat. A genuinely lovely, helpful, unobtrusive person. Perfect for strangers in a strange land. We'll be back!

We were returning to Spain visiting friends (having lived in the area for several years previously) and so had local knowledge and realistic expectations about the property and location. Shirley, one of the key holders ( I didn't meet her husband) was efficient, organised, friendly and helpful, and lives on the urbanisation, so a real bonus, especially for guests not familiar with the location. The apartment was as described ( the furnishings appeared to be different however in the photos) although personally I did think it was a little tired and could do with a slight refurb- particularly the the sofa bed which was very old, tatty and uncomfortable to sit on, and there was a mismatch of crockery in the kitchen cupboards. The sunloungers ( nice that 4 were provided) were ripped and frayed and looked like they could collapse any day. Air conditioning would be needed I feel for the high summer, as although we stayed mid September, we did struggle on occasions with keeping cool at night, even with the free standing and ceiling fans provided. On the plus side, there were plenty of towels provided, the U.K. TV system was handy, the apartment block quiet and the balcony a decent size. The location was excellent, near to the pool and a short walking distance from local shops/amenities. I think the apartment was good value for money, compared to others nearby, even taking into account the slight negatives mentioned.

This flat was perfect for us as we wanted a completely lazy, do nothing holiday. The whole place is quiet (no clubs or noisy venues within hearing distance). The front balcony is a great size and easily fits two loungers and a garden table and four chairs; it also attracts a lovely breeze in the hot weather. The facilities are excellent, considering the price. The sofa has had its day though and I will be suggesting to the owner that it is time to replace it. Shirley and Mark, who manage the flat on site are an absolute godsend; they are really knowledgeble about the area and really helpful with anything to do with the flat and they don't intrude at all, they're just there if you need them. Briiliant! We would definitely use this flat again; it is such good value. The pool is really good, immaculately clean and well maintained and the adjacent garden is also well maintained. The picture of the pool is from the front balcony of the flat, so really easily accessible. The shops and nearest bars are ten minutes walk away; easy. The beach is a good half hour walk away and not great; we didn't want a beach but if we did it would have been a disappointment. Having said that there are great beaches in Torrevieja, ten minutes drive away, which also has a great evening vibe going on. Overall this flat provided us with a fabulous holiday experience, topped off with the lovely Shirley and Mark - Fantastic!
