We had a fantastic stay at this property during our recent trip to Florida. Very spacious, clean and airy property with everything you could need. It was lovely to return to the property each day and relax after fun filled days at Disney. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and was well used throughout our trip. The property was approx 20ish minutes from the Disneyworld but with the Orlando traffic more time should be allowed to travel there. We didn't visit any of the other parks so cannot comment on travel to these locations. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and if we ever return we would happily book this property again. Big thanks to the owner.

Tasetefully decorated villa in a great private location, which provided safe environment for me and my family. Very much a home from home, very good value for money, couple of minor issues which appeared unrelated to owner and more down to maintenance company. These did not spoil my vacation Conversation with owner Bernie was positive and we would definitely use again.

Excellent amenities, everything has been thought of, even towels for the pool. The pool heating had tripped so we didn't have heating for the first two days despite paying for it so keep an eye on the temperature, we ended up buying a thermometer as there wasn't one. Great location, not far from the main roads and Championsgate eateries. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the dust was thick everywhere, the fridge was filthy and the bathroom cabinet handles were awful so I spent time cleaning which wasn't ideal. Also the towels and pillows weren't clean so I bought extra in Walmart, guests are requested to put a wash in before leaving yet no wash powder was provided so I guess that is part of it. Overall it is a lovely, well equipped villa in a great location but the cleaners really need to step it up a few gears.

from the moment I booked this villa the communication with Bernie the owner has been outstanding she has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. During our stay we did get caught up in hurricane Irma and Bernie couldn't have done enough for us. Her priorities were to her customers safety which we can't thank her enough for! Our flight home was delayed by 3 days and Bernie offered her villa to us free of charge and also offered another property if betty boo got damaged, which I am pleased to say didn't happen, Betty boo is very well built! The villa has been recently refurbished and looked amazing, you can clearly see the pride Bernie takes in the villa. It was very clean, well presented and in an excellent location. Thank you Bernie for everything you done for us we really appreciate it and I will be recommending your villa to anyone I know who travelling to Orlando

This place was so nice and bigger than the pictures let on. The whole family loved every minute of staying here, especially the pool. We had 6 people staying with no complaints at all. Perfect for the location, not too far from any parks. Wal-Mart was a 5 min drive up the road for everything you need. The aircon was a life saver from the heat in the parks however due to bad weather it knocked off the aircon and the pool filter which was fixed the same day. Thankfully Kim (person of contact in orlando) was very quick with the service. The whole holiday was made better to come back and relax here as it was homely and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and will definitely be returning very soon. Bernie you have a lovely villa and are very helpful with everything look forward to coming and staying very soon xxxxx
