As usual Sean, everything was amazing. Coms with you always easy and quick responses to any questions. Fantastic facilities both in the apartment and in the Complex and as before the BBQ was in top form...daily use as I cant get enough of it, the best one I've ever used. The team at reception were also great.. very helpful and knowledgeable with loads of ideas of what to do and how to get things done around Albuferia. 5* throughout. Thanks

Unbelievable place to stay. The location, the site facilities, on top of what we had in the apartment was way above our expectations. A huge thank you to Sean for his understanding and facilitating us through the very difficult lockdown periods and eventually giving us a perfect getaway. We will be trying to get back there ASAP as we love that special part of Portugal, and it was made so easy for us by the many coms we had with Sean who was so helpful and efficient. Sean,,, that BBQ you have is amazing. It was put to good use and as a chef I could not believe how great it was to use. I want one!! Thanks again Sean

As before, we again enjoyed the apartment. All facilities are available. Quiet and nice view overlooking the golf practice field. Good BBQ. The sofa could use an update.

Another great holiday here at Balaia and as usual Sean was a communicative owner who helped and was responsive - his place is great and clean and we were appreciative. The area is fantastic and we have been to the same place 5 years running now and will be back next year!!

Fantastic stay here - 5th time on this resort but first time with this owner and very pleased with everything and good communication Minor gripes: electric kept tripping out and could not get bed settee to open up but never spoilt our fantastic 16 night holiday Thanks will come back!

An excellent apartment that is ideally positioned if you want to play golf. Overlooking the driving range my teenage son was always entertained either hitting golf balls on the range or in the pool, which is a 2 minute walk. The surrounding area is very quiet and the staff very friendly. Whatever time of day I went to the pool I always got a sunbed. This is my 6th visit to the complex and I will definitely be visiting again.

The Perfect place for a family holiday(I spent there 3 weeks with my 3 kids). The Balaia Golf Village is a very quiet condo, very well cared, with a lot of green and pine trees. About the apartment, I can say that it is very clean and it had everything one needs to spend a wonderful time. As a bonus, we can have an afternoon drink in the terrace, while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is just 150 meters from the nearest pool and at walking distance from the beach.The communication with the owner was excellent! I'm definitely planning to come back next year.

This was my third stay in this apartment. It is extremely clean and the apartment is fully equipped to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It overlooks the driving range, which my family used daily. The pools are all clean and dont get over crowded, even in August. The staff are extremely helpful and reception is open 24hours. I had an enjoyable and relaxing holiday and am looking forward to my next visit.

Easy booking and great value for money. A lovely apartment with everything you need. Perfect for golf lovers and close to the pool. Would definitely recommend and rebook.
