We had the middle one of three adjacent very similar villas. Ours has the extra bedroom so there was plenty of space for two couples, one with two children. The living and kitchen space is good and there is a pleasant outdoor area with dining table and area for hanging wet towels.
The kitchen is well equipped and we were also provided with a barbecue. The air conditioning works well, in all bedrooms and in the main living space. The pool is small but was perfectly adequate for our needs. The decking beside the pool is a large sunbathing and lounging space but is getting a bit tatty now.
The villas are about 1km up a steep road from the top of Agios Nikitas. They are not comfortable walking from the town so a car is essential. And parking in Agios Nikitas can be a nightmare, particularly at weekends. So we tended to eat early in the evening and drive back to the villa to sit on the balcony drinking in the lovely views over Agios Nikitas and the distant Epirus coast with a glass of Rozoli, the lovely local clove based liqueur. At weekends wed go to one of the other villages. We recommend Karia and the family run restaurant at Tsoukalades where they grow their own food, have goats and chickens and you park in the farmyard!
Our villa was a delight, a quiet haven, and a good base from which to explore the island. Thoroughly recommended.
