Couldn't fault the owners at all. They were excellent during the booking process and helped us sort out ski hire e.t.c before we travelled. The hotel itself was nice, staff friendly and pool area good, although the water temperature was very cold. The location was very central and close to everything. The apartment though was pretty average. The décor was tired and there were a few minor gripes such as the TV being very old fashioned and only having one English Channel (BBC News) and the shower enclosure doors didn't close properly meaning that the bathroom flooded every time anyone had a shower. Also no WIFI in the apartment and the one in the hotel lobby wasn't very good either. The reason that I wouldn't recommend the apartment is that I have stayed in better apartments in other Bulgarian ski resorts for less money. There wasn't anything really terrible about the apartment but neither was there anything that would make me want to stay there again.

This is our 3rd time staying at this apartment which is within the Snezhanka hotel complex. It's spacious for a family of 4, very warm and cosy and always very clean. Views from the balcony are lovely. The hotel has a nice warm pool and lovely bar area with log fire and comfy sofas. The other pub below the hotel "Daks" is lively but can be a little noisy, which is the only negative. It would be good to have a few more glasses as there are only 4. Would recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a nice centrally based apartment, with many restaurants and bars to walk to.

Represents comfortable & spacious accomodation & good value for money in a central location, convenient for bars, restaurants & shops. Would certainly stay here again.

Property is ideally located far enough from the throbbing resort of Sunny Beach to be peaceful and have a "local feel". Yet close enough for day trips to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The property is in excellent repair and has all the amenities you need. We thought it ideal. I also had fantastic communications with the owner which helped immensely. I would definately rent this property again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was quiet and in an excellent location. Bus service to the slopes was great, and the skiing was fantastic. Overall we had an excellent holiday. many thanks to all who helped us along the way.

The apartment was lovely. Really homely. It was in a great location, in a lovely relaxed area. Just a 10 minute bus ride away it you want to go to the lively town of sunny beach. It also had lovely views across to nessebar and of turkey on a clear day. Will definately reccommend the apartment, and cannot wait until next year.

Had a great holiday and good stay in the apartment. It was very clean on our arrival.Its in a great location and handy to everywhere. Found the staff in the hotel very helpfull and friendly.The apartment was great value for money and although the dishwasher is an asset, was never used as we ate out, other than breakfast!! The kids enjoyed the pool, although said it must be the "coldest heated pool" theyd ever been in!!... They enjoyed the hot shower after! The resort has definately got more expensive, we have been going to B.g for five years now, but is still good value compared to other resorts. A short trip to neighbouring "Chepalare" offers the more traditional Bulgaria with the more traditional prices! Well definately be back next year, only difference will be... for two weeks instead of one!!

this is a beautiful well equipped apartment in a very good location,with a good and cheap bus service into sunny beach.i would rate the apartment 10/10, and highly recommend,and will certainly be returning in the future.
