This villa is perfect to stay. It is only 15 minutes from Disney and 30 from Universal Studios. Everything was clean. The area is very quiet and 5 minutes away there is a Walmart Supercenter. Communication with the owner was 100% effective. If we return to Orlando I would choose again.

We stayed at Mickeys Manor last week in July and first week in August this year. From the moment we booked in January communication with Lou was brilliant. He responded to every query that we had immediately and very friendly. We were sent the code for the front door a few days before arrival and so when we arrived late at night we were able to type the code in and relax straight away with no need to go and collect a key. This was also a great benefit that we didn’t have to risk losing the key when out and about. The villa is huge and exactly what we wanted. The advert and pictures do not show it in its full glory. The master suite has a huge ensuite and a walk in wardrobe and a huge bed and loads of space around the bed. yes it’s that word again HUGE!! That is the word to describe the whole villa. My sister in law had the second bedroom with another ensuite and this was great too. The kids all loved their rooms too and shared the third bathroom. From walking into the villa you are hit by the size of the villa and the spaciousness. The hall leads into the dining area and the living room with the most comfortable sofa ever. Which then leads to the kitchen and the pool access. The pool is again of a great size. We had loads of inflatables in the pool and still had loads of space to have a little dip to cool off. The loungers provided are perfect for getting a tan and relaxing. There is a table and chairs to sit and have a drink during the day or like what we loved to do and watch the thunder and lightning sat with a nice beverage whilst the kids settled down. The pool is also accessed by the masters ensuite which is great when needing the toilet if you are in the pool. Speaking of the master ensuite, the bath tub is amazing. It is really deep and so relaxing to just soak the aches of a day in the parks away. The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac just off formosa gardens boulevard at Indian Creek so not far from Disney and the 192 for food and drink. Everything about this villa is perfect and we will definitely be staying again when we return to Florida in 2019. Thanks again Lou for making our holiday perfect.

property was nice, with plenty of room. Be advised if you park in the driveway and it is in line with sidewalk you will be ticketed. You park in the road and it will be ok. Much less stressful than hotel.

Great location. Easy access to Disney and loads of restaurants. In order of preference, the grandchildren liked Epcot, "the pool", Magic Kindgom, Animal Kingdom, and Univ Studio. We had four adults, three kids and two dogs - and everyone was happy. Dogs especially liked the park across the street. We dro pped the kids at Disney in the morning and picked them up each evening. In the meantime spouse and I played golf . Check out Celebration Golf Club - excellent course. We had relatives over for dessert who were staying at Disney. We had to flick the lights to get them to leave, as they didnt want to go back to their rooms. Four stars!!!!

We had a wonderful time on this family vacation. What a beautiful home. Would love to come again and stay. Was very easy to rent and was all we expected and more. Loved being so close to Disney, and stores and resturants. The few things we didnt like. Not enough wash clothes, the remotes didnt work, was not supposed to turn the air down and it was so hot. We had a lot of trouble sleeping because it was so hot. We bought a fan but still to hot.

The property was a surprise as we had come down to a choice of two properties - one with brown interior walls and one without - we thought the white wall looked brighter so had a bit of shock when we walked in. But the fact that the villa had been painted because we had booked and the villa was made ready for us beautifully showed the love and care you felt by the owners. Everything was superbly clean and little things like having bin liners and starter dishwasher tablets etc were really thoughful. Only criticism was the manager decided to add some awful chemicals to the pool on the last couple of days making the pool unusable and smelly - in fact my husband and I both got quite severe chest infections from the algae release chemicals. A pity this treatment couldnt have waited till we left.

This is probably the best apartment weve ever stayed in! The apartment was spacious and well equipped. There were stunning views in all directions - sea and mountain views. The shared pool was excellent - we swam every day. The apartment is in a very convenient location - there is an excellent local shop nearby and a very good choice of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk.

Our stay was at 2514 Caliente Trail. The AC was not working upon arrival and did not get repaired until the third day of our stay. We only heard from the properly manager once, the evening we called to report the problem. The mattress in the second master bedroom needs to be replaced. The mattress was flipped in an effort to avoid the “valley” that existed on one side. Sleeping was very uncomfortable on this bed. The outside grill is very small and rust was evident on the grill surfaces. The previous occupant used aluminum foil to cover the grilling area and it was left on instead of being discarded. We never used the grill because of its condition. With an expected occupancy of 10 people, the patio only had 4 plastic chairs and one lounge chair. Not enough seating for all. We did not find any cooking sheets in the cabinet and the only frying pan we had should be replaced. The best item in the kitchen was the “griddle”. The carousel in the microwave did not work. Several windows did not have screens and could not be left open due to failure of air conditioner. The most important missing item was a railing allowing for assistance in and out of the pool. My wife is disabled and could not get in or out of the pool without assistance. Finally, we have not received our security deposit or an explanation why. Information received noted the deposit or a portion of it should be returned within seven days after departure.

We had some trouble with the stove when we first arrived, but after calling the management company they came out to fix it. The house was spacious and a better value than a hotel.
