An absolutely perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. This villa is a true gem and the photos, as stunning as they are, simply don't do it justice. We were greeted by a pristine, beautifully decorated home that instantly felt like our own private paradise. There were little gems which have not been mentioned in any of the information or any of the reviews. There was a collection of books and games which were very helpful, and there were little treats left behind such as Tea Bags, Coffee, Cooking Oil and Sugar. The villa itself is a dream. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them on the stunning patio overlooking the town of Peyia, and the sea. The private pool was a huge highlight, providing a refreshing escape from the heat and a wonderful place to relax in complete tranquility. The location was also fantastic. It felt secluded enough for a peaceful retreat, yet we were only a short drive from Coral bay, and only around a 20-minute drive from Paphos. which was perfect for day trips and evening meals out. The local area has so much to offers and the recommendations provided by the host were spot-on, which included the supermarket "Phillipos" which had everything we needed. I would also highly recommend the restaurants which were within walking distance from the Villa. - Geitonia Traditional Kebab House. - The Old Cinema. Speaking of the host, their hospitality was second to none. Communication was excellent from the initial booking right through to the end of our stay. They were incredibly welcoming, responsive to any questions we had, and had clearly thought of every little detail to ensure our stay was as comfortable and memorable as possible. We had an unforgettable two week stay and are already planning our return. I can't recommend this villa highly enough to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and hassle-free holiday

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful Villa for 3 weeks. It was exceptionally clean, and had everything you could want while you're on holiday. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay which were very quickly resolved by the owners, who are just the nicest people to deal with. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for August 2027! Our most grateful thanks to the owners Damian and Jackie, and to the pool cleaner. We look forward to our return.

this is our second stay at viila amia.It has the superb views and thats what we love about it.It is a home from home ,very well equipped and in a quiet area.We will certainly return next year if health allows us to.We are a couple in our seventies and had a few issues but keeping fingers crossed we can return

This was our third holiday at Villa Amia (a group of 3 friends). We stayed for 3 weeks, as our previous stay, the panoramic view is beautiful. Villa is spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa for your stay in Cyprus.

the photos of villa amia doesnt do it justice.The sea views are amazing and the pool was lovely (lounging about on the lilos when it got too hot).It is very well equipped in fact a home from home.all the mod cons.Theres even a large cool box that we used on days we went to the beach.A car is advisable but just a few minutesdrive to the beaches and coral bay strip were there are excellent restaurants and bars.Also if you want to get all the essentials Philipos is an excellent supermarket for fresh food and veg and on site bakery.We were sad to leave this exceptional villa and would highly recommend

Absolutely loved this villa! We visited as a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and the villa was plenty spacious. It was very clean and had everything and more that we needed. Great outdoor area, plenty of room for sun beds and also nice shaded area which was definitely needed!! A few friendly lizards and thankfully no unwanted little visitors. We rented a car for the duration of our visit. Walking in the August heat wasn’t an option. Short 7 minute drive to Coral Bay strip where there is plenty of areas to park and nice restaurants. We have been regular visitors to Cyprus the last 20+ years. We’ve stayed in villas in Kapparis and Ayia Napa. This was our first visit to this part of the island, we’ll definitely be back and this villa was our favourite. Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home.

Lovely villa with spectacular views. Great pool area. This was our second year staying at the villa, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would have appreciated more towels and bed linen as we were staying for over 3 weeks. The saucepans are a bit worn and for the those who like to self cater some new ones would add to a great holiday. We also frequented the local restaurants a walk uphill to the village which I enjoyed very much as the walk contributed to my daily exercise. Also nearby hills and mountains for those looking for a greater challenge. Would recommend this villa for the beautiful views, space and tranquility.

Absolutely beautiful villa, so lovely and the views are fantastic. Everything you could think of is in the villa, even down to a sewing kit. So well equipped, really clean, really big loads of room. We enjoyed every minute and we were sad to leave. Great location and close to Peyia village, and close to the big supermarket at the bottom of the hill. Would definitely recommend this villa to all my friends. My other half has just said to tell Jackie the cooker is amazing 👍 Great villa, great holiday very very happy customers xxx

The villa was spacious and clean both indoors and around the pool. The views of the sea and surrounding areas were beautiful. The pool was well maintained and cleaned regularly during our stay. Any issue identified during our stay was addressed promptly by the owner. I recommend this villa with the beautiful views for anyone seeking a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Would love to return.
