Beautiful ,cozy villa.Feeling like at home from first moment .Fantastic holiday in the best location.All went smoothly.Cant recommend highly enough.Perfect house for relaxing time.Hoping to stay again on next year!

The villa was amazing just as expected. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfy, best nights sleep we have had in any villa. The large screen smart tv allowed you to log in and stream from netflix, prime etc and also the cable tv was able to stream all english tv channels as well as sky tv channels included for free. The pool and outside area was well maintained and the highlight of the property. We had a late departure flight and the owner allowed us a late check out which we were so grateful for, thank you. We'd love to return in the near future, if you'll have us. Thanks again.

Nice apartment. The only thing I would really like is for a dishwasher to be installed (guests can buy washing tablets themselves) for you, this is saving water, and for guests time. Overall, we liked everything, the good location is close to the best beaches. Convenient car parking. Local cats came in the morning, my daughter liked to feed them :)

Bedroom, baht and toiletroom were clean and ok. Floor in livingroom was covered with sand. The stove top did not work , but oven was ok. Vacuum cleaner missed.

Overall we enjoyed this property, we found that there could do with more cupboards for food storage and worktop , the outside area was fine but the bbq needs updating and the sunbed cushions needed cleaning . The television had no instructions as to how to get it working . The steps into the pool we found would be better located at the shallow end also they are faulty due to them leaning with no anti slip pads on . Overall we enjoyed this property and its location .

Everything was ok, but the doors was not cleaned And the Balcony was dusty. We miss a vacuum cleaner in the flat.

Smal and nice appartment

We enjoyed our two-week stay at this villa.  It is within a short walk to the main road running through Pernera, giving you access to many restaurants and bars.  The villa is conveniently located next to a lane where you can walk to the boardwalk/beaches. The villa itself, whilst not spotless, was adequately clean.  We did not use the pool as it receives very little direct sun during the day, so was quite chilly end of September/early October.  Not a big deal as the beach is so close.  Kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed.  Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective.  Some of the blinds are broken and need repair/replacement.  There is a blind and curtain in the main bedroom, blinds in the other two.  I’d recommend adding curtains to these two bedrooms due to the bright (and early) sunrise.  All in all, we had a great visit and would definitely stay here again.

Firstly I would say that the villa itself was very good, well equipped with everything you could need. The area is clean and well kept and the "strip" is within walking distance. What ruined the holiday for us was the nearby St Elias resort. The noise by the animation team during the day was loud but only lasted for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon which was not too much of a drama. The problem was the noise from 8pm till 11pm when the evening "entertainment" was on. This consisted of third rate singers shouting at an already way too loud microphone. It meant that from 8pm till 11pm every night the outside area was a no go area as this was obviously an outdoor performance. You could not even sit out and have a conversation. A real shame because if it wasn't for the noise at night we would have booked again.
