It is a silent and lovely villa. Hans had told us clearly the facilities of the villas. It was my second times to Pattaya, but it was the first time to travel not through the travel agent. Indeed, this villa had given us a excellent impression and a good time for our family. I will recommend to our friends.

Hans was a great host, on call anytime to help with arranging transportation or to provide information. The house was extremely clean and ideally located. Every amenity of home was provided. So nice to have our own pool which appeared to have been cleaned daily during our stay.

Han made us feel really comfortable at first sight when we arrived as he was waited for us at his place, clear information about check in / out and kindly reminder about electricity which we found at the end of our stay really helpful with saving not only energy but also our budget as well. Checking out was so easy and thank you Team who was kindly arrived the place at early morning (3.30 am) as we have the early flight which she was helpful and friendly. We will definitely coming back the next trip to Pattaya and will stay with one of Han 's properties which he provides variety of properties which I do believe will suite list of the traveller needs.

What a great experience! I really appreciated all the hospitality shown by Hans and his wife. Great location very convenient and Hans made sure I was well accomdated. Look forward to going back. Relaxation at its best.

Ich war mit zwei anderen Kollegen dort. Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Genau wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar um uns weiter zu helfen. Top!

Hans was a great host, very professional and informative. He was quick to respond to our queries and was helpful arranging day to day activities. The Villa is exactly as you see in the pictures, it is simply incredible. It is located in a prestigious compound with an onsight security guard. All the required amenities are nearby and navigating around the city couldn't be any easier.

Good location. Easy to get to both Pattaya beach and Jomtien beach. Safe and quite. Friendly neighbours. Fresh new house and electronics. Hans couple are very considerable and easy communication. Helped us a lot during our stay. 这次带全家大小八口人来入住,完全住得开。小孩子超喜欢泳池,有深有浅,大人也能玩儿。Hans 第二天还来给我们送了几把泳池边的躺椅。最后玩儿太开心不舍得走,又续住了一天。要不是后面还有别人入住,大概我们会再住两三天吧。走出别墅去主路大概步行15分钟,主路上走饭馆,便利店,公交车,马杀鸡等等。位置是比较四通八达的,但是又不会吵。很喜欢,强烈推荐。
