We had an excellent stay at Apartment Bonalba. We were met by Tim as arranged and given keys and shown to apartment. It was a big apartment plenty of room and great base for our stay. Only suggestion I could make linen /pillows need replacing but other than that it was great value for our money.I would definitely come back again .

We had a great time at this apartment nice pool bars and restaurants close by and reasonable prices .car recommended .el Campello close by with great beach .bars and restaurants. Alicante 15 mins away worth a visit .architecture amazing bars and eateries .

Had a truly wonderful holiday, but after staying at a different villa for 2 weeks before in Murcia was a little bit disappointed, as the previous one was out of this world (perfect) for a smaller price,the villa was described as having a cooker/oven which unfortunately Im yet to find. It had a hob and a microwave and to be honest if I had have realised that there was no oven, I would not have booked the villa. Apart from that we had a great holiday, The garden was really pretty with the trees, and the outdoor swing which was nice, but it was more for no of people rather than comfort, a spare bin liner would have been nice,perhaps I was spoiled with the previous villa,( which had everything, including 2 rolls of bin liners, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, even free use of the telephone and internet,and the most comfortable settee, chairs etc to relax on, covers for the outside chairs etc, just plastic can be very hard, to sunbath on), This villa could be made lovely at not much cost, but I was a little disappointed.

I have booked the propety for three weeks, when I arrive the fridge wasnt working, the washing machine was leacking. I contact the owner two three times a week and took him a week to replace the fridge. He send the engineer for washing machine but he coudnt do nothing. Every time I have to stay home to map & watch the floor. IF the television was on and if I have to use the ketle or anything else the electricity was off, I have to go to panel to press the button. I knew the apartament was on the 9 floor but I didnt think the water on kitchen was very very slowly runnig. On one shower the head was broken and after the toilet basin the water wasnt running, i have to put the shower on toilet to flash it. He meantion about some noise but it was each morning very noise and we have to weak up around five a clock in a morning.On advert was the linen and towel will change every week never happened. The owner said to me no one complain. I havent have no appologise from him or the agency. The weather was good and helped. I paid £1000 for three weeks but I end up losing more because my food was off and I have to alundry myself. This is the fair on people who rent the propety I live it to other people to see it. liliana
