Villa was first class, everything you need for a self catering holiday. The Villa was very clean and well equipped. Help was on hand if needed, the pool was great and the car was a real asset. The area was quiet, a little hilly but only a 2 minute drive to the town of Tala for the supermarket and restaurants. Lovely views and stunning sunsets.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Leni, the Villa is set in a quiet area which is exactly what we wanted, the views from the villa are incredibly stunning which are just mesmerising! The villa itself was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The swimming pool was the perfect size for us to all enjoy. The host, Maria was extremely helpful with a couple of queries we had. When she visited she gave us a delicious apple pie from the local bakery. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely week in Cyprus with an amazing trip to the blue lagoon. Every evening we dined in a different restaurant. Our favourites were Andria Steak House, Dolce Vita, Seriani and El Fuego. Amazing service, friendly staff, delicious food & drinks. We used Steven’s recommended taxi service for our airport runs & to take us into Pathos harbour one evening for dinner in a beautiful restaurant right by the water. The taxi was 35 euros there & 35 back. Excellent communication with the drivers. We much prefer taxi’s to bus’s even though there was a good bus service. The villa.. just wow! So spacious and well equipped. Our favourite spot was in the outside seating area. The pool area was beautiful at night. The views stunning from the balconies. We did not realise all the bedrooms had one which was a nice surprise. The sun warmed the pool so it was not too cold like we’ve experienced in other villas. The location was nice & quiet. With banana, avocado & lemon trees. The supermarket sold everything we needed and more. We found the locals very friendly & helpful. Thank you to Steven and his team for making our stay a memorable stress free experience!

Had a lovely week's stay from 10th March. Villa is spacious both inside and out. Family enjoyed the pool area and table tennis the most. Villa is secluded yet just a short walk from a supermarket and a few restaurants and bars. Owner checked in on us after our arrival and was friendly and available to assist with any queries. Will be looking to book another stay.

This is a lovely, spacious property with a good pool and barbecue & lovely seating area outside. We really appreciated the brilliant welcome pack & the owners checking in all was ok. Highly recommend the property.

Villa Louna was perfect for us very relaxing . Locals in village all very friendly . From the villa every where else in Phapos area was within easy drive ,Latchi , Polis , Pissouri, Husband liked the short drive to all the four golf courses in the area Secret Valley , Elea, Aphrodities hill ,and Minthis . Hire a car to get the most of it all 💕

Had a brilliant 2 week stay at villa Zara Place was spotless, nice pool area with sunbeds and parasols with plenty of out door living space to sit and laze about and barbecue It is ideally situated in a quiet st and only a couple of minutes walk up to Coralbay strip with plenty of restaurants and bars to pick from , I would highly recommend it for a family holiday as everything you need is in Villa only thing you will need is the will power not to rebook before you leave to go home from holiday

We are 2 families, a group of 6, that share summer holidays every year. We found the villa spacious and well positioned but would recommend hiring a car.

My husband and I along with my sister and her husband have just returned from Villa Nostalgia. We had a lovely 10 day holiday. We know this area of Cyprus quite well as we have been to this village several times before. The Villa is lovely, very quiet area, has everything that you need for a peaceful relaxing holiday. We hired a car so we were able to pick up supplies and visit the lovely Corallia beach area, which we just love. All in all we would definitely recommend this website for booking any future holidays.
