This is a beautiful villa with good quality facilities, excellent outside space and light and airy inside space. There was plenty of everything you need for spending time at the villa with the added bonus of dishwasher - lots of plates, glasses, cutlery, and a washing machine which means coming home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Farad and Kim the owners were in touch with useful information and couldn't have been more helpful. The villa isn't near any shops or restaurants which means you have to be a little more organised for a "big shop" but if you like a walk, then it's 20 minutes into the village if you need a few bits and bobs and about half an hour to the beach - which was not an issue for us. We will definitely be going back!

We have just returned from two glories weeks at the Villa Shiraz. The villa is very impressive, well laid out kitchen with all the equipment needed. The lounge and dining area is well laid out and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and well proportioned. The outside is very impressive beautiful gardens provided shade ,colour and sun. There are plenty of sun loungers and the pool is large, very clean and well maintained. We all enjoyed the holiday and our stay at the villa and would recommend it to others.

A modern property with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable holiday. The pool and garden area are particularly nice and we spent many enjoyable hours there.A quiet location but reasonably adjacent to shops and restaurantsthe local bus stops outside the villa and it costs about 70p to go to Calis Beach or Fethiye. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

The villa is very well appointed and slept 5 of use easily in the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is there. All the furnishings are modern and the whole villa is well equipped. The pool is a good size and the raised, shaded area makes a great cool spot for reading and chatting. Local centre Calis is not within walking distance so some transport is required. Dolmus buses do stop directly outside the Villa. There is also a small yellow box with a green button on a lamppost around the corner from the villa (to the left as you are facing it). Press the button and a taxi will appear in about 3 minutes!!!! 10 Lira into Calis and 20 Lira in Fethiye. From the upper bedroom you can see a bar. It is a bit of a walk but Ali (owner) will pick you up and dro p you off!! His wife is German and speaks good English and I recommend the Ali special with either lamb or Chicken. There is also a menu for a restaurant that will deliver to the villa. I cant recall the name but the menu is a restaurant one rather than a take away one (if you know what I mean). They will deliver to the villa (they know the name) with the food on plates and then return in about an hour to pick up plates and bring the bill. Dont order too much, there is plenty. Last recommendation is a small cafe in the fish market in Fethiye. It looks pretty basic but the beef kebab (horizontal in front of a wood fire) is to brill. I can also recommend Levant care/Bike hire in Fethiye. Good rates and friendly services. Don’t leave any fuel in the vehicles however. No Refunds!!!! Finally I can really recommend the area and the villa.

We had a very good holiday at Villa Shiraz. Its a large, well equipped property with a perfectly kept garden and barbeque area and a lovely pool. The villa is situated a little way out of Calis Beach so a car (or moped) would be advisable, although we managed well by hiring bicycles, which a lot of people do, as the area is very flat, so great for cycling! The Fethiye dolmus stops outside the villa on the hour up to 7.00pm and theres also a call port opposite for taxis (a good service to and from Calis Beach). All in all wed certainly recommend Villa Shiraz for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Great communication and assistance from the owner - many thanks Farad!

lovely villa set in a beautiful area.lots to see and do which are all easy to get to.really enjoyed my stay and will go back again next year.

Everyone who will choose this place to stay at will be satisfied 100%. Place is clean, nice, meet all requirements for company of 7 to 9 persons. We enjoyed staying there, really we are.

The property was very well equipped with a clean and well maintained pool. With four adults and five children a dishwasher would have been an asset! I do feel that one of the bedrooms could take another bed which would have saved us using the sofa bed in the lounge. Both agents were helpful and visited regularly. I think a visit from a maid would have been beneficial just to change the bed linen. Super value for money and I would have no hesitation returning or recommending Shiraz Villa to my friends.

The villa had every type of convenience imaginable along with a great size swimming pool and terraces to soak up the sun. Plenty of shade for those who are not sun worshipers.
