About
My wife and I have both retired now from careers in UK Air Traffic Control and we have owned our house in Florida from new since 1998. We bought it after a trip to the area where we stayed in one of the villas in the same location. We enjoyed it so much we decided we would like to have a holiday home there. We got talking to other people in the area and decided we would buy and rent out the house to cover some of the costs. We have made some improvements and some upgrades along the way and we try to visit every year to carry out further improvements.
We have always had very positive feedback from clients and people seem to enjoy staying at the house. Although it is self-catering we have tried to make it a home-from-home by providing most everything you will need.
In 2023, the pool has been resurfaced and the deck repainted. The kitchen and the security system upgraded.

The villa was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The place was modern and spacious and had just had some remodelling works carried out to the bathrooms. It was well equipped with every amenity you could think of. The neighbourhood was perfect in a quiet but easily accessible location. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

The villa met all our needs for myself and my wife. Would consider staying at this villa again in the future. There was good communication with the owner and fast response. Lovely surroundings and straightforward drive to Disney World in 20 mins. Highly recommended.

We had a great holiday based at this villa. We have stayed in several villas in Sunridge Woods but this is the best one. Much bigger than expected with excellent facilities, out door area and barbecue. Great pool which was well used by 6 year old in our family.Situated in a quiet area but within easy reach of Disney. Shops and restaurants close by at Champions gate. Already looking forward to staying here again.

We stayed for 2 weeks over Easter and was so surprised by the size of the property and how many rooms and space it had. The drive to disney each day was around 20 - 30 minutes depending on the time of day we left. The information send over was easy to understand and getting to the villa was simple. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

This is an exceptional property everything you could ask for and more ,very clean spacious and presented well . Great communication with owner and the property management company. Lovely villa, felt very homely. Clean and cosy with more than you’d expect, to the point where there were things which we brought and didn’t need (adaptor plugs, electric toothbrush chargers, etc).
Communication with Nick was excellent, responding to any message very promptly.
We were a party of 4, so it was extremely spacious but would have been more than happy to stay here in a far bigger group.
Would book again without hesitation.
