Second time at Villa Serena. Contact with owner is always spot on and booking process was seamless. Small issue with TV but phone call with management company sorted very quickly. There appeared to be work on the complex as a few times we lost internet/phoneline but only for a short time on each occasion. Overall a great two weeks again.

Very enjoyable & relaxed stay. Had a couple of hiccups at start but were dealt with efficiently. Tumble dryer was not working on our arrival, management ordered a new one to be installed & after a delay, a few days later a new dryer fitted. Pool & Pool area including furniture was not clean on arrival but again after an email the following day it had been sorted. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the property and a relaxing weeks holiday. The home is impeccably clean throughout and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The gated community is quiet and peaceful. We would 100% stay again on another trip! The property owner is very helpful and quick to respond with questions. We had a great time at this villa, everything was as described, very clean and everything worked. Easy to use the TV, wifi, washer, dryer, air con ... everything. Rooms were perfect and bed were pretty comfy. Pool was very warm which was needed for the time of the year we went (December through January) although the weather wasn't too bad, a few cold days and we actually put on the heating rather than the air con but otherwise used the pool everyday. Very close to a Walmart as well which helped with the shopping requirements. All was just perfect

Lovely two week stay at Villa Serena. The owner had been in touch re some updates and a few changes to property which were lovely. Access was easy and the location is very pleasant and as regulars to this area very nice for us to be in familiar surroundings. Only needed to contact management company regarding pool heat as it was not warm first few days but this was rectified very quickly. Overall very happy and have already booked to return next year same time. Thank you.

The Villa was easy to find from the instructions Susan provided. It was ideally situated for all the shops, restaurants and parks. It was well equipped and very comfortable - exactly what we needed and expected. There were some lovely welcoming touches - plenty of toilet roll, dishwashing tabs, complimentary soaps in all bathrooms etc - made it just that bit better. We did need to contact the management company on 2 occasions, and they were really quick to respond and sorted everything for us. We would definitely book this villa again, as long as it is available. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home. The Davies Family.

Lovely villa , really nicely decorated supplied with every single thing you could want or need. Only one hiccup but it was due to the management not being very responsive but owner was fantastic and answered any and all my questions, queries or problems and dealt with within hours. Lovely area and surroundings, all shops are a very short drive away and attractions just 30 mins away !! Highly recommend the villa you won't be disappointed. thank you for letting us stay . Hope to book again soon
