About

We’ve been visiting this area since 1994. We totally fell in love with the place and the people pretty much from the first day we arrived! We were lucky enough to buy our villa in 2003 and still love it as much now as when it was first built. We never tire of our little piece of paradise!

Walking distance to Hisoronu, short dolmus ride to Olu Deniz. Villa is like home from home. Equipped with everything you need. Restaurants an shops 2/3 minute walk. Judith, is so nice and very accomadting. My family I came with was there 1st time and they want to return. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for two weeks; 2 adults and 4 teenagers (aged 17, 18 and 19). Contact with the villa owner, Judith, was superb, all questions and queries answered and return transfer arranged at a very reasonable price. The villa is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. A welcome pack was waiting for us with essentials to keep us going until we could get to the shops. The Villa has 4 bedrooms all with very comfortable beds and air conditioning. Plenty of space for the 6 of us! A thorough mid-week clean was very impressive and most welcome! There was a well-equipped kitchen with a water dispenser and plastic glasses and plates for outside use; the added bonus of Wi-Fi was welcomed by all! There was also a TV with English channels which we get didn’t round to using. The patio area was shaded with plenty of seating overlooking the lovely, well kept, pool. The pool is shared by the other villa and apartments but was never too busy and always easy to get a sunbed. 6 sunbed mattresses are provided for comfort. The villa is close to main road in Ovacik, where you can find numerous restaurants, all a very high standard and very reasonable. Our favourites were Angora, The Kings Arms, 3 Cheers and The Little Kebab House. There are plenty of shops close by for the essentials plus Barbers and Beauty Salons. It’s about a 15 minute walk downhill into Hisaronu if you want things a bit livelier (a Dolmus is less than 50p each and a cab about £3). 10 minutes further down the hill is Olu Deniz and the Blue Lagoon, also very accessible by Dolmus or Cab. The boat trips were easy to organize, we used The Cherry Tree and Baba Telkin and contacted via Whatsapp, both offered a full day out with free pick-up/drop-off and a BBQ lunch for a mere £12.50 per person; excellent value. One of our favourite trips (with free pick-up/drop-off) was to the Ghost town and The Lebessos restaurant. Great fun wine tasting, a few bottles purchased for our table and superb meals all round. We would highly recommend this villa and I’m sure we will be back!

It was all way beyond our expectation. Having never been to Turkey before we were all amazed at how beautiful it is. How mountainous, how friendly, how delicious the food is and how welcome we were made to feel. The pictures of your villa on the website do not do it any justice at all. The villa itself was spotless, spacious and delightful. There was everything we needed and more. Thank you for our welcome pack. The maids quietly came in half way through and made everything look as if we had just arrived. The garden and pool are stunning with beautiful plants and trees and swallowtail butterflies. The pool was immaculate sparkling blue, always. Lots of umbrellas and beds. The views are breathtaking and we all took so many photos of sunrise and sunset. The local restaurants were all very welcoming. Our particular favorite was Ottoman. The guys there treated us royally. The sea. We went to Billy's beach a few times and to the Saturday night bar b que where the entertainment was absolutely superb. Loads more photos of the sunset over the lagoon. Olu Deniz beach was an experience with the gorgeous crazy kite landings. None of us did this. We went on a boat trip from Fethiye on the Grand Burak. A new boat, luxuriously appointed. There were 45 of us on this big boat. They like to keep it spacious. We set off at 10 am back at 18.00. Fresh fish/chicken, salads, potatoes etc all freshly prepared on board. It was a fantastic day with lots of sun and swimming and even sailing when they hoisted the 2 huge sails. All this for £15. Ridiculous. The shopping. If only we had known, we would have come with empty suitcases. We all managed to buy up Hisaronu. The Monday market was a great experience. They have learnt all the different accents and can even do a brilliant Scouse and Cockney. Manchester was the favorite though. Even though they were quite full on, they never bullied or made you feel uncomfortable. A No Thank You was sufficient. They usually said 'Just browsing' before we were just about to!. A great experience and brilliant fun. It was all perfect and we had a wonderful time. I am not surprised that you fell in love with the area and bought off plan all those years ago. You must be thrilled with the planting of the grounds and how everything has matured. We didn't see anywhere we would rather have been, all the time we were out and about on buses, taxis, quad bikes etc. Thank you so much for keeping in touch throughout the whole booking process and organising our airport pick up and return. It has been an exceptional fortnight and one that we would all like to repeat. Thank you, Judith.

We recently stayed in villa oleander (june 2015) and i couldnt recommend it more! its a definite 5 stars from us. Our key to the villa was with our transfer guy when we were picked up so there was no messing around getting keys and we straight in to drop our bags!. We travelled as 7 adults and 2 children (3yrs and 18m) and this villa was perfect for our needs! with 4 great sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there was plenty of room for us all, and everything i needed for the baby i.e stairgates, highchair & travelcot was all provided! When we arrived there was milk in the fridge, teabags, orange juice and lots of others snacks waiting for us which was a lovely touch as we were all peckish from our journey. The cleaners came a week into our stay and changed all the bed and replaced the towels and generally refreshed the whole place although we did do alot of washing ourselves using the washing machine! Everything u think u might need to take on holiday was already there, from travel plugs & mozzie repelant to weighing scales for your case on the way back! There are dvds to watch and games to play if thats what u fancy and plenty of books to read! The pool area was cleaned everyday and was kept lovely with plenty of sunbeds!! The walk into hisaronu is about 15-20 mins depending on how fast u go and the beach is a 10 minute taxi ride away. There are plenty of quiet little bars and even a salon about 2 minutes walk down the hill from the villa which we used alot. This being our 9th time in hisaronu we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for our familly, and will never go back to a hotel now! Thnkyou to Judith for great communication leading up the holiday and after :) I would recommend this Villa to anyone.

Lovely villa on a small complex with plenty of space and a great pool. Convenienlty situated near the NGI property management office and walking distance to restaurants and shops. 10 minute bus ride away from beach. Nearby hotel resort was a little noisy.
