A comfortable, spacious apartment are with two full bathrooms. It was very convenient. The beds were also comfortable, firm enough for a good night's sleep. A huge balcony from the living room and bedroom overlooks the pool and partially the ocean. The apartment's location, close to the beach, train station, bus station, and promenade with restaurants, is also very convenient. The host, Paula, provided us with detailed instructions about the apartment, its location, and how to get there. We had no questions left. Communication with Paula was always prompt and friendly. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We were very pleased with our stay! Thank you so much, Paula!

Very nice apartment with all necessary appliances for a great vacation. Ideally located in the center of Sunny Beach and only 200 m from the beach. The owner, Paula, is helpful and provides exceptional instruction. We would like to stay here for a second time.

This apartment is perfect, 2 mins walk to beach, clean, WiFi, air con, all amenities. Paula is excellent to deal with and responds quickly with any questions. Paula also arranged travel to and from airport. I’ve stayed here twice and will be booking for next year. Great value for money. Thank you Paula.

The apartment was lovely and was central to everything. There is everything you need, paula has thought of everything iron and ironing board etc even a brolly if there was a shower would highly recommend this apartment.

My cousin and I had a fantastic time in Lagos. The apartment was fantastic, very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Lovely pool area and very well maintained. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Maia Praia beach. Close to the marina and lovely restaurants. I would go back again, and would highly recommend the apartment.

We stayed one week in Paula's appartment and we were really pleased with the flat. Communication with Paula was 10/10. It was really well equipped for cooking. We had plenty of towels for showering and change of linens if need be. Close by the marina, the beach and not to far from the grocery store. We felt really safe with our toddler. The appartment is really spacious. There's no AC but with all the balconies there's always a really nice breeze and we used the provided fans if needed. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool to eat. The pool was also really nice and clean. We enjoyed playing in the water with our son. We will be back for our next stay in Lagos!

the property has view of centre,old town in distance and sea. bed very comfy, cooking facilities if needed and WiFi. very short walk to beach,restaurants etc so no need for taxis. would recommend this apartment on location and comfy and spacious

Gorgeous apartment, A++++++

2nd time of booking this apartment - if it was less than excellent the first time I wouldn't have, and my wife certainly won't have allow me to. Once we decided we are visiting Lagos again, especially as it's our first family holiday since Covid we choose the Dunas Do Mar 2-bedroom Apartment as it meets all our requirements. As a family of 5 we were able to fit easily, the apartment is also quite large and arranged to make it a home away from home. I love that there is now a table in the kitchen where the kids can eat, localising any mess. The balcony overlooking the pool to relax in the evening and read or listen to a book. The internet speed is great - streaming netflix and prime video, you may need a VPN for prime, but I was able to cast my phone to the TV being on the same network The children used the swimming pool almost daily, the supermarket is minutes walk away - you can always call uber or bolt for 3euros to take you back to the apartment The old town, restaurants are all walking distance. In all another excellent holiday to start us off again :)

From start to finish, this was one of our best holidays. The apartment is great. Huge rooms, plenty of storage, TV with english channels, nice balcony with views over the harbour/beach and handy BBQ. Our kids loved the pools. They're quite cold early morning but quickly heat up once the sun comes out. The apartment is in a quiet area north of the town centre but you're only 10-15 mins away from the hustle and bustle of the marina and old town. A huge well stocked supermarket is also 10 mins walk. Meia Praia beach is 5 min walk but you're also only 20-30 min walk from some of the most stunning beaches we have ever seen. Praia Dona Ana, Praia da Batata, Praia dos Estudantes are a must. Communication with Paula and Clive was fantastic and they were extremely accommodating from providing an extra travel cot to allowing us to check in/check out outside of the normal hours. All round amazing!
