We stayed in this apartment in August 2014 - a group of 4: me and my partner and my parents who are in their 80s.
The booking process and communication with the owner all went very smoothly and we followed her suggestion of booking a car from/to the airport with http://red-cab.at/, which was very good. On arrival at the apartment, the manager Jana was waiting to greet us and show us around the accommodation and give us some ideas for the local area. There are many handy places just nearby - a couple of good supermarkets, a tobacconist just down the road for transport tickets, a bakery across the road, a nice restaurant-bar on the street corner, tram stop right outside which goes to the historic centre, the underground at the end of the street, just a few minutes away. All very convenient. The apartment itself was great - easy to access via the lift, spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, useful internet-connected laptop and reliable wifi. The only very minor problem was that the seating in the living room isnt very comfortable, but thats getting pretty picky. The bedrooms face into the street and it can be quite noisy with the windows open, even though youre on the 4th floor, which could be annoying if youre visiting during very hot weather.
Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay for our week in Vienna and I would happily use it again or recommend it to anyone. Youll have a comfortable, convenient base for exploring all parts of the city.
