I take your points regarding the en-suite shower, which is indeed very powerful and will look to rearrange the wall fitting accordingly. I will also be replacing the balcony table at the end of this year's bookings as well; each year I look at what needs replacing and updating. Dear Keith, Thank you for your review which I really appreciate as only by receiving feedback, can I aim to improve the service our customers, like you, receive. I am really disappointed that the apartment wasn't as clean as expected and I would really appreciate if you could let me have any specific areas that you were unhappy with. I will take up with our management team all the points you've raised and any further information you forward. With regards to the bathrooms, I am a little unsure as to why you've had any issues. In the en-suite which I've used many times, I've never had an issue with turning on the shower and standing in the bath and taking a shower as normal. Also, in the shower room, the shower head is hand-held and the actual cubicle is a standard size. A friend of mine who is six feet two and weighs a hefty seventeen stones plus, has used it many times without issue. Again, please further any information you may think useful. Thank you for your comments regarding the patio doors and I will work with our management team to address this issue. Regarding the towels, you should have received a bath towel and hand towel each and I understand there were enough towels for 4 guests which should be ample for a weeks stay. I bought new towels just last year so they should be of a good standard but again I will check this. The tea towels are replaced every year and there are plenty on site and I would ask that if this is ever an issue for you again, please just ring the management team and they will happily supply more. I really do appreciate your comments and hopefully, you can let me have some specific examples as requested.
