Just back from our 10 day trip to lanzarotte, we stayed in this appartment and i have to say it was excellent, the appartment was mediculous in terms of cleanliness, the owner had thought of absolutely everything, there was a folder with heaps of information on the area, restaurants, things to do, lovely walks to go on, taxi service number. There was even a luggage weighing scales, monopoly, game cards. Yes, was very impressed with the whole appartment. The location ccouldnt be better, right at the beginning of the old town, 2 min walk from the Biosfera Shopping Mall with all the great shops, Zara clothes, Guess clothes,and lovely perfume shops and lots more. We found a fabulous classy restaurant called The Bodega Restaurant in the old town it was to die for, we ate there 3 times during our trip. I would definitely return to this appartment. Perfect, perfect holiday, perfect villa, perfect owners cannot fault any part of our recent stay, would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Rural and quiet but within minutes of any amenities anyone could wish for. . . . . Like I said PERFECT !

V nice clean property with friendly and helpful other owners. 15 mins from airport with Bars and supermarket close by.Short walk to shopping centre and more restaurants. Appt nicely furnished with balcony views to the sea. Tv could do with more English channels but didnt affect our enjoyable holiday.

The apartment is in a very quiet and pleasant development of 24 properties, all privately owned. The complex is very well placed, with a good Spa supermarket just around the corner and only a short walk from the Biosfera and all the restaurants in the old town and around the port. It’s a 5 minute walk down to the promenade that runs along the seafront, but you have to climb the (short!) hill coming back. There are lovely gardens and a decent-sized pool. The apartment itself is above the entrance gate, so you get some noise from people leaving and returning, but we never found it a problem. The accommodation is comfortable – pretty similar to what we’ve encountered on previous package tours. We met the booking agent, the owners, the local agent and several other groups of residents. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We’d be happy to stay there again.

Apartment had all modern amenities and conveniently situated about 5 minutes walk from the sea. Complex picturesque and was very well maintained. There is a Spa supermarket just around the corner that caters for all your holiday needs. Great choice of excellent reasonably priced restuarants around the sea front and harbour areas. Modern shopping centre within walking distance. Puerto del Carmem is centrally placed for a range of visits around the island. We hired a car, but bus services were available to cater for all travel needs.

The Apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and well presented with good views of the sea. It was within easy walking distance to all the necessary facilities and to the beach. Parking, although not allocated to the property, was not an issue and we never had a problem parking close to the property. We had no issues during the stay so have no comment on the service offered by the local contact. I would have no hesitation in recommending to a friend and will be looking to revisit again next year.

A fabulous villa for a relaxing holiday. Perfectly placed for exploring the island , thats of course if you can drag yourself away from the swimming pool. Every facility provided, from BBQ to Internet/PC Cant recommend it enough

We were very pleased with this property however the description advised of a washing machine which there was not and it is right on the end of the complex next to the laundry which if your a late riser you wont get as they start at 8am nearly every morning. The balcony does not get much sun due to being on the end but was very clean and tidy and spacious. Would recommend to friends as the complex its self is lovely and great location if want to be near to all the bars but far enough away not to be disturbed by to much noise.

Very pleased with property and very well located and would use it again
