Lovely Villa, with comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities and spacious lounge with large TV where you can log onto your own Netflix accounts etc. Outside a little small for 6 people, but the pool although small was clean and well maintained. The lovely Ladies did a great job of cleaning the Villa and changed the towels as requested and Jesus and Jose were always available to help in any way possible.

We recently stayed at this property, and couldn't find any faults. The owner was great and friendly with our young boys on arrival. The villa is in close proximity to a supermarket local spar and not to far from the beach and restaurants also. The villa was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Overall we had an amazing holiday. Jesus made it very easy for us to contact him if we had any questions at all. We would definitely look at staying here again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at this villa, it’s in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from the beach restaurants and supermarkets, the owner gives great communication in a WhatsApp group, the villa is lovely and clean with a decent size pool which was cleaned and check regularly.

Great villa , facilities very good has everything you could need the only thing missing for me was a full size mirror but wasn’t a big issue, lovely big pool , was very clean on arrival and had an extra clean half way through.The beds very comfy . The villa is in walking distance to a lovely beach and plenty of shops , restaurants and bars , we got taxis from the taxi rank to the old town and port a few times only had trouble once trying to get home from the old town waiting a while for taxi. Great communication from Jesus and everyone, the watts app group chat is such a good idea.

From start to finish this was the perfect holiday. The communication was fantastic and when we arrived at the villa Jose was there to greet us. The location of the villa is fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are spacious and the pool is fantastic. We had 6 children with us and it was perfect - the children could swim all day and the adults could relax! We will definitely be returning!!

Large family group 8 adults 4 children ages 9 years to 5 years 1 baby. This was an amazing holiday children were never out of the pool , the pool was spotless and cleaned every day for us, villa had all the things we needed . Plenty of space inside and outside . Location was just right 2 minutes to marina,2 minutes from beaches, 2 minutes from bars and restaurants. Yet set in a quiet area. Did not want to come home and we are already saving to come back . Excellent value for money ,clean ,everything you could need has been thought off ,can’t say enough about how good place is .

We spent a wonderful 11 days at Villa Russadir back in June. There were 8 adults and 5 children and the space was perfect for us. The villa was large enough that we didn’t ever feel that we were under eachother’s feet, but felt lovely and intimate at the same time. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really spacious, and we liked the fact that the décor was very Mallorcan. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed for a family stay, including stairgates, plastic kids tableware, travel cots, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk bed in their own room. The outdoor area was really comfortable, and we spent a lot of our holiday hanging out on the outdoor sofas by the pool. We also took advantage of the lovely BBQ area on a number of occasions. The pool was ideal – compact but certainly big enough for leisure use. We loved that it was shallow enough at one end that the kids could paddle, and it was kept spotlessly clean by Jose. Jose and Jesus could not have done more for us. Jesus was on hand via WhatsApp whenever we had any questions or issues. And Jose was so friendly and helpful – even driving my brother around Cala D’or to find a pharmacy open on a Sunday when he discovered my nephew had developed chicken pox! The villa is in an absolute ideal location within easy reach of all the best amenities Cala D’or has to offer. In one direction and only 5 minutes away is the marina, which was a lovely place to head to for an early morning walk, or for dinner in the evening. In another direction and again, only about 5 minutes away is Cala D’or beach, which is idyllic, and a slightly quieter alternative to Cala Grande (which is also lovely and within walking distance). The villa is also perfectly situated for (in my opinion) the nicest part of town with all its restaurants and shops. You honestly couldn’t wish for a better location. A couple of previous reviewers mentioned the neighbourhood noise, which we were slightly concerned about, but I can honestly say that we didn’t find any real issue with it (perhaps because we are from a far busier town ourselves!). The villa is right near the centre of town, so you do notice the odd bit of traffic noise, but for us the pros of the location far outweighed the cons. Our only slight complaint is that we found it a bit of a nuisance only having one set of keys – the safebox outside the door was really handy, but there were times when only some of us had gone out for the evening, and the people still indoors had to either get locked in for the night, or ensure that they put the keys out in the box before going to bed. Not a huge deal, but an extra set of keys would have been ideal.

Our family group of 6 have just returned from two weeks in the villa. We were very impressed with the level of comfort - there really is everything you could need, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Jesus was extremely helpful - when we needed more towels he brought them round that evening. We chose the location so we could enjoy the pool and beach without hiring a car, there are shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk, and the bus to Alcudia is very easy. Top tip - bring more mosquito repellent than you think you'll need, then double it! All in all an excellent base for a family holiday.
