We absolutely loved this place, from the moment we checked and it was like home from home. The beds were comfortable and our apartment (number 2) was very spacious, we had a wonderful patio area overlooking the pool, towels and bedding was supplied and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The buses run from the top of the road and are literally every ten minutes in either direction. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from within 5-10 minute walk. Joeseph & Lourdes were the perfect hosts and supplied us with a barbecue to use on our patio. They call it Tranquil apartment because it certainly is ……I’ve never stayed anywhere so peaceful, the pool area is spacious and spotlessly clean I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful relaxing holiday. We had a lovely stay at these apartments,They are in safe quiet and peaceful location,just the place to recharge your batteries. so nice to sit in the sun with a book, with no sounds apart from the local crickets! The apartments are very comfy and clean.with a lovely pool to cool off in, close to supermarkets and great bus service, The owners joe and lourdes were really helpful.Thank you for the supply of books you gave me,. I highly recommend these apartments

A most excellent host and a joy to visit. Joseph is a fantastic landlord, the apartment was very clean and well prepared, and our stay was extremely relaxing. The immediate area is quiet, but not far from the bustle of both the main town and the large bay of Mellieha so is a perfect combination of peaceful and fun! Would fully recommend this as a place to stay.

Beautiful seaview,nice apartment and clean, but pool not presente. The pool is not on site. Not announced on the site, -I am very disappointed. The pool was 15 minutes from the apartment, in another residence.

Myself and two friends really enjoyed our stay in Joseph’s apartment. It’s a nice size, was very clean when we arrived and the private area and pool were particularly lovely. The area is really nice. About a 10 minute walk from plenty of shops and restaurants, bus stops and a lovely quiet beach. The air conditioning takes Euro coins but is very effective and lasts for hours. The fans do a good job too. One thing to be aware of is there are fewer amenities at Joseph’s apartment than other air B and B’s I’ve stayed in. No toilet roll and a mop to wipe down the shower / wet room would have been good, plus the main bed was creaky. But overall this really didn’t matter. It was a lovely stay, Joseph is a great host and I’d definitely recommend the apartment and area.

Just home from a wonderful few days in Malta, magical place! We stayed in two bedroom apartment which exceeded expectations, lovely, clean and spacious with everything we needed. The Villa is in a quiet area, only the sound of crickets and no traffic noise. The pool is gorgeous, clean and big enough to relax and enjoy. Bus stops , supermarket and shops a five /ten minute walk away and half an hour or so into town. Mellieha is hilly so might not suit everyone, but it's downhill to beaches and easy buses back. We very much enjoyed visiting Church, grotto and Air raid Shelter in Mellieha..... definitely worth a visit! Thanks to Joe and Lourdes, a wonderful base for exploring Malta, Comino and Gozo from.

Simple but good. The appartment and swimming pool were as described; nice and quiet neighbourhood. The key was in the mailbox when we arrived, Joseph came to welcome us the next day, he was very friendly. But all in all a good host and appartment.

Lovely apartment as described, with enough personal space from the other residents. Pool was lovely size and we shared with 3 other apartment, so had to ourselves most of the time. Location was a little further away from main road that would have liked, a fair walk uphill in the heat! We had a car which we were grateful for.

L'appartement a l'avantage d'être traversant et au rez-de-chaussée, il reste frais sans climatisation malgré la chaleur de septembre. Il y avait assez de place de parcs aux alentours pendant mon séjour. L'hôte m'a bien accueilli.

Really great trip in Malta. The flat and the pool are nice, 1 km from the beach. And easy way to the ferries to Gozo and Comino by bus. And the owner Joe is very friendly.
