Enjoyed a lovely week in Villa Meli on Kea with adult children. Booking and check in (and out) all very straightforward. Olga is delightful and very helpful and excellent with her prompt email communication through Clickstay and subsequently by WhatsApp / phone / SMS, after meeting her on arrival. Bill, the manager of the property, also excellent, meeting us at the port on arrival and taking us to car hire and then on to villa. Bill will sort out any minor issues at the villa almost immediately and always effectively. He even lent us his little boat to nip round to one of the nearby beaches and I’m sure would sort out other charters or activities you might wish for. Villa Meli itself is wonderful. Modern, clean, with all the facilities you might need. The pool area adjoining the main living area of the house, with its dining table and bar, numerous loungers and bean-bags is superb and in this hot weather the pool and outside shower are essential. The view from Villa Meli is truly breathtaking and one can enjoy literal ’sundowners’ each evening in this fabulous setting. The drive up to the house is steep and a little scary, but you get used to it. It’s a bit of a struggle for tiny cars and small engines, but for the roads in general on Kea, I think avoiding the smallest car is probably best and a 4x4 would be ideal to explore the island with confidence perhaps, although we went with a tiny car and the family walked up the drive!! Kea island is lovely. Lots of activity and restaurants in the port area and around and about and excellent beaches nearby to the Villa. Provisions easily accessible in various shops and supermarkets in and near the port and whilst the port is nearby, it is far enough away from the villa for you to be able to enjoy splendid isolation when you want to. A trip to the Temples of Athena and Apollo on the SE corner of the island is worth making. Quite a walk over rough track for 40 mins downhill and then back again in the heat. Take plenty of water, some food and stout shoes....or cheat and go by boat!! All in all a lovely holiday. Very ‘chilled’ and relaxed...I recommend Kea and Villa Meli. Chris.

The photos do not do Villa Sandra-Maria justice, even though they are spectacular. The decor, layout, amenities, and location were better than we imagined. During the afternoon we relaxed at the infinity pool, at sunset we had a glass of wine while listening to the outdoor sound system, and then headed to the village for authentic Greek cuisine. Without a doubt, we would recommend it to friends (which we did upon return) and we plan on returning, as well. Also, considering the number of people it can accommodate, it is an excellent value. Olga, the owner, was incredibly helpful before and during our trip. Her warm and gracious greeting upon our arrival set the tone for our stay. When we left we felt we had met not only an owner, but a friend.

We came in April and were delighted with the location and the amazing views. The villa is really beautiful and decorated with a lot of care and love. The location makes the villa feel very private yet it is only a short drive to some wonderful restaurants and beaches. We loved our week at Sandra-Maria and hope to visit again later this year

This is a beautiful villa in an idyllic location-the views from the villa and terrace area of the rocky coast and clear blue water are amazing. The villa is furnished well with all the amenities anyone could want, there are outside terraces for every sun and wind direction, all well equippped, including a huge built in brick BBQ. This island is totaly unspoilt with little overt tourism, but many small friendly local cafes and restaurants. There are many beaches with warm blue water but be prepared for steep dirt roads to access some of them! It is a 20 minute walk from the villa to the nearest beach, alonga dirt road along the cliff top with excellent views throughout. Alternatively there is the option of a very short drive by car. We would definitely hope to return.

The infinity pool over-looking the ocean is the most beautiful setting. The photos dont really do it justice. The owner is very responsive and will go out of her way to make your stay enjoyable.

A lovely villa with beautiful views and pretty sunsets. On a clear day you can see all the way to the mainland. Great outdoor areas, we didnt spend much time inside at all even though the interiors are very nicely done. The kitchen is much bigger than you think with a decent sized dining table. Its well-kitted out with all the plates, glasses , bowls, pots and pans you could need. The owner can arrange Nespresso coffee pods for you too. The oven is marked in German, so perhaps get a translation upon arrival. The A/C is very effective, which was helpful because we had to keep the doors closed in the evenings due to the mosquitos. A plug repellent provided by the owner works well to keep them away in the bedrooms. A wonderfully relaxing holiday in a beautifully presented villa.

Very nice property and quiet authentic island... just what we were looking for. Owner, Olga, is a treat! Shes was very nice and welcoming and was at our disposal for questions / recommendations about the villa and island. check ferry schedules to island as we missed one booked night b/c WE didnt verify schedules and time it right with our departing flight. This was our fault but Im sure Olga can help in this regard before you book. Fantastic stay and villa. Very good privacy, quiet area and beautiful views as described. Screens need some repair but all in all amazing villa and stay. Pictures are 100% representative of the villa and views.

Spacious , rooms very comfortable with windows to spectacular sea views. Luxurious bath linen and organic soaps were provided. The outdoor area was fantastic with breathtaking views. We especially liked the outdoor bar, full of all kind of drinks, where we spend the most of our time. We were running every morning to the near beach Kefala, an unspoiled sandy isolated small beach, 15 min walking from the villa. The owner was very helpful and advised us for many restaurants and beaches. Easy to get anywhere in the island from here. What was a real help was the thorough cleaning service provided every day and specially the meals that were cooked for us in the villa..We definitely recommend this villa for relaxed and luxury vacations. It is an escape to Paradise
