Just home from a two week holiday in this villa, absolutely no complaints, communication with owner was excellent and timely, house had everything you need and more, we were a party of 4 adults and 4 children, lots of space and comfortable beds, extra fans in all rooms to compliment air con, well equipped kitchen with all mod cons, beautiful pool and deck area in a quiet, peaceful area with lots of wildlife, kids loved the games room, the owner responded quickly to any questions we had , a real home from home, we would highly recommend this villa.

Overal very happy. We did very much miss not having the BBQ as was in the specification, including a photo. I appreciate there are local rules and regulations re use of such equipment but for us one of the joys of having a villa is the ability to BBQ. Minor observations; furniture is very tired and not very comfortable to sit on in the lounge area. Again very minor, the knifes in the wooden block would not cut the skin off a rice pudding. They really need replacing. The safe we found to be unusable, we followed the instructions many times but could not open it. One related observation, it was on the floor and not easy to get at when your in the mid 70,s! As I say only minor item. We would not hesitate to come back should we plan another trip to Florida.

Disney Family Vacation The house was close enough to our activities yet far enough to be out of all the traffic. Tons of great local restaurants and easy convenient pharmacies, Grocery stores and combo stores close by. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was worth it. The kids had a lot of fun in the game room and allowed a ‘free activity’. The house was just as stated and we were not disappointed at all. We would definitely book the exact same location again!

Our experience with the house was great. The property was great..The house was very clean and the kids loved the pool and game room..It was very roomy for everyone to relax..The only thing was the pool could've been a little hotter but it didn't matter to the kids..Night time in the pool can be a little cold..The kids love the lights in the pool at night..Maybe a little more insulting by the pool for guest who wants to use the pool at night when the temperature drops..But other than that it was perfect would stay again..

Great House The house was spacious enough for my family. It was a little further than expected for universal but really close to Disney. I would definitely stay again possible next year.

Nice House It was nice stay in this house. Clean and near to grocery stores and restaurants. Theme parks and airports are little longer but that is ok for us since it is once in a day activity. Owner replied to all my queries immediately as I message him.

5/5- Relaxing vacation rental Our family really loved our stay at the Luxury Florida Villa, hosted by Kris Meier. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. Our children, including myself, especially loved the heated pool and pool light. There i was an abundance of bath towels and a washer/dryer which was fantastic and we made use of it. If we visit Florida in the future, we would definitely consider renting out this house again. Communication was our host, Kris, was easy, prompt and clear. Thanks, Kris!

Perfect! Very nice house with a pool in a nice neighborhood. Close to Disney. Everything you need close by. Had a little Issue with the pool getting dirty and the owner had it taken care of right away.

Comfortable, clean, well located home The process was easy. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach with questions. The grandchildren loved the Disney bedroom. It was nice to be able to cook some meals at the house . The house was very comfortable, and clean. The pool was great! It was not far from stores, restaurants and Disney. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time.
