We all had a very enjoyable stay at the Villa, the area was nice and quiet and in a lovely area but did feel the need to rent a car as a little bit away from amenities as taxis were quite expensive for short journeys. All the facilities in the Villa were all at a good and relaxing standard the beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for a family. If I had to have to give some constructive feedback I would say that the outdoor furniture is very tired and not that comfortable, the sun beds were quite brittle and were quite nervous when using. There is also a very small step near the pool which is very difficult to see so maybe a warning sign or floor decal to make you aware. The Villa hosts were very pleasant and helpful and were always on hand if needed. All in all a great holiday and would certainly consider staying at Villa Christopher again. One of the best villas we have stayed in what it said on the tin is what we got Andreas and is wife could not have been more helpful they where on hand but not intrusive the pool area was great the kids where never out of the pool we book our holidays a year in advance but I am under pressure to go back next year so will need to find a way Andreas ,Tina thank for a great time. Cozy, comfortable, well-appointed. Our family spent a wonderful 10 days at Sea Point Villa Chrisanthi. Owner/manager was helpful and attentive. Safe, convenient location in Coral Bay, within walking distance of beach and amenities, although I would strongly recommend a rental car if you want to get to see the wider area. Only recommendation for improvement would be to improve relaibility of internet access. All in all I would definitley recommend this property to others.

We have just spent 2 weeks 27th June to 11th July in No 2 villa and are already wishing we were back there! Many thanks to Andreas for providing an excellent food welcome pack, information on local supermarkets and places to eat and also keeping my dad entertained with chats. We were a family of 4 adults and a 6 year old, who all thoroughly enjoyed the location of the villa, especially my daughter who turned into a waterbaby in her own private pool! The villa was comfortable, very private and well equipped with crockery, utensils, pans etc - it was home from home!

Just returned from a weeks stay from 11th to 18th July 12 at sea point villas. My girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. The villa itself was excellent and the views from the villa at night are amazing. Its very private yet you are only 5 mins away, by car, from the Coral Bay strip and 15-25mins to Pafos harbor. Andreas is very accommodating and is always there to help. A great host. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely return.

My family and I stayed at Seapoint Villas for 2 weeks! What a treat! The houses are spacious, clean and modern. The pool kept us cool during the heat and so did the aircon throughout the villa. What impressed us the most was the hospitality of the owner Andreas and his wife Tina. Nothing was too much for them. They tended to all our needs and made sure that our holiday in Cyprus was one to remember. booked villa direct and had extremely good communciation with the owner (Andreas) before our arrival, who provided good instructions to find them.
Met on arrival by Andreas, who is extremely friendly and helpful, as is his wife too. Lovely to arrive to find milk, cheese, cereal, butter, eggs, bacon, tea, coffee, biscuits etc, just what is needed after flying.
These villas are a group of 6 at the end of a track, away from it all, but close enough to ameneties when you need them and easy to find. Short walk to a rocky beach.
Stayed in Anastasia, very clean, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, very spacious with enough room for grumpy teenagers to have their own space when needed. Great pool kept 14 and 12 year old amused, especially the pool rings etc that had been left, good seating and shade outside. Lovely sofa area inside and well equipped kitchen, lots of plates, cups etc.
Coral Bay few minutes drive away, with lots of lovely restaurants, our favs, Coral King, Tex Mex, Italian, also Paphos not far with lots more lovely restaurants on offer. Take a trip out to the Akamas area, Lara beach was a hit with the children, take an umbrella as no shade. This is our 6th visit to Cyprus we love it and will certainly return again very soon.

We stayed in Vliia Anastasia for 2 weeks Aug / Sept 2010. The villa itself was just what we were looking for in a relaxing holiday it was well equiped and very clean. The terraced area gave welcome shade from the sun whilst the open area was perfect for the sun lovers (me!) Our 6 year old daughter loved the swimming pool. It was in a lovely quite location but within easy reach of the local amenties and the free bus stops. It was also just a short stroll to watch the beautiful sun set. A visit to Seriani restaurant in Coral Bay is a must - you will not want to eat anywhere else! Emma, Greg, Brooke and Grandma !

The villa was absolutely fantastic and completely fulfilled all our expectations of a luxury family villa. The advert didn't actually do it justice.

The villa was exceptionally comfortable and was completely clean inside and out and fully stocked with everything you could need for a family break (for cooking etc). The furniture throughout the villa was modern and comfortable.

Air conditioning in each room worked perfectly and could also be used to heat the villa in cooler months of the year.

We felt that the location of the villa was perfect with beautiful views of the sea and quiet coves within a couple of minutes walk and 2 of the best beaches in the area are within walking distance.

We also found that it is within walking distance of the better restaurants in Coral Bay and a car journey from the main strip of restaurants in the very centre of the village. We would however recommend a car for the better supermarket and the sights that are well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend these villas to all my friends and family as an ideal holiday villa. Andreas (the owner) was extemely helpful throughout our holiday and really couldn't do enough for us to ensure that we had an absolutley super holiday.

One of the best vacations ever. We are a family that are all well traveled and everyone thought this villa was outstanding and will be hard to beat.

EVERYTHING, from the beautiful grounds, to the bedrooms and bathrooms, but most of all how close the sea and the nearest beach were to the villa. We will never forget this vacation for as long as we live.
