Nice Villa, stayed earlier the year as well, staying next year as well, great location in Kapparis for both beaches and taste Avenue,communication from Premier Holiday Rentals was exelent.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Hara lovely spacious villa clean, perfect location close to all the local towns and shops. Will be recommending this villa to our friends and family cant wait to book next year!

Pleasant stay

Would like to say that this property is in an ideal location you got sea views easy access to the sea bottom of the road ,easy access to napa , that’s the positive things .But the villa is very nice but the cleanliness is shocking or it was for us everywhere it was mucky don’t go on holiday to clean you couldn’t see through the windows which we cleaned the living room floor was dirty we cleared away about 30 dead flies from side of the tv ,bedrooms where dusty and the floors had not been cleaned the solarium was filthy but the bathrooms had been cleaned well , the downstairs bedroom had a terrible stench of fish which we looked all over to no avail even the maintenance man couldn’t find the source we got 2 plug in scents to get it to be less fishy but that needs sorting out .outside love the pool and the outside area but problem’s didn’t stop as next door to this property is empty it’s got lots of birds nesting and they have to poo somewhere mainly on us also there is a dead sparrow hanging from 1 of the air con units which we tried to remove but couldn’t reach it ,theses are simple issues that in our opinion could be sorted very easily because THIS IS A LOVELY VILLA IN A GREAT LOCATION sorry to be negative but you need a new cleaner and maybe a window cleaner thanks

Lovely villa with everything we needed and good location.

We were a group of 3 couples and found the property more than adequately sized and we had more than enough room. Location is ideal as a short walk to the nearest bars and shops, but set well back enough to be very peaceful. Only points I would make is the description of 3 bathrooms should be updated as there is only 2 and we were not informed before hand and the lighting around the BBQ area needs to be improved as although the lighting around the table/pool at night was perfect, there isn't any around the BBQ. Also would have been handy for the property to have a dishwasher.

Had a absolute amazing time at this lovely villa. Beautiful, modern with a big spacious pool for everyone to swim and have fun. My only critique’s about this villa is it’s a bit out of the way so cost us quite a lot in taxi’s going to and from ayia napa and the stairs in the villa look good but they are not child friendly. Overall amazing stay and would recommend :)

We recently stayed at Villa Tzialli to attend a family wedding. Our stay at the villa was fantastic and I would highly recommend it. The agency were great and responded quickly to any questions we had. Ayia Theckla is an up and coming area but only a short taxi ride into Nissi beach or Ayia Napa resorts. My only negative on the villa are the stairs. Their design does not make them suitable for younger children, but the upstairs rooms are not suitable for tall people due to low ceilings and beams. Overall, great stay, will definitely return one day.

Everything was good! Was some small moments about lamps and so on but Simon bring everything on the next day! Excellent bbq. Everything is working on the kitchen. Big frige-for big family it was great! And the Ayia Tekla Beach is absolutely amazing. Not much people no boats and noise. Perfect for calm family rest. Will recommend this place. Christopher is also was always ready to help any time. I recommend this place.

Booked this villa for my sons wedding in Olympic Lagoon Hotel €10 cab ride. Beach is lovely. Area is very peaceful and relaxing. Villa was great, very clean, and adequate for my family of 5. If I visited again I would booked this vila without hesitation.
