We have just returned from our holiday at dalayan and stayed at karaca appartments ,I would highly recommend these appartments as they are very clean and tidy and enver and his family are very helpful and will do anything to make your holiday enjoyable,the appartments are very central to the town. We will definitely be returning .

The owners just cant do enough for you and make sure your stay is one to remember. Best Holiday of my life so far.

We recently visited Karaca Apartments and had a wonderful stay. The owners were great hosts and couldnt do enough for you. The area is nice and quiet and about 5 minutes walk from the town. As we were late arriving on the first night we ate beside the pool, the quality of food was very good and also good value. We tried the Turkish breakfast one morning, this was plentiful and fresh. Thanks for giving us a great holiday.

We stayed at Karaca apartments in Oct 2013 and had a brilliant holiday. Enver and his wife could not have been more helpful they arranged pick up and dro p off at airport and were on hand at the apartment if we needed anything at all. The apartment was good and very spacious for the 2 of us and would be fine for 4 people . I would have appreciated clean towels mid week and a top sheet but the overall facilities were good. The pool was very cold but I think the previous weeks cool weather had meant it had not had time to warm up. The apartment is an easy 5 minute walk from Dalyan centre and the river. Shopping is good with a supermarket offering a good range of fresh produce as well as all the basics. Boat trip is a must to see the river and to go swimming in a warm sea, lovely. I would recommend Karaca apartments. We ate out every night in a different restaurant and had really good food in each one.

This accommodation was very poor, not clean, poor facilities with little or no self catering equipment in the apartment. For instance there were only 4 forks and two knives in an accommodation that was supposed to sleep six people! The outside table and chairs had the air con unit right above it so it was totally unusable as you either bumped your head on it or got blasted with hot air. We left the apartment after 3 days and found alternative accommodation. I do not feel there was any value for money as the apartment was not cheap and it was totally unsuitable for a family, I have stayed in better youth hostels!

Have just returned from 2 lovely weeks at the Karaca apartments. For value for money these cant be beaten and any short-comings in the facilities are more than made up for by the wonderful Enver and his family. Yes, the kitchen could be better stocked, we were a bit short on towels and the pool area is smaller than it looks on the photos. BUT, at this price, frankly, there is nothing to complain about. The owners are simply amazing, going out of their way to make us and our pretty rowdy kids feel like part of their family. In an increasingly impersonal and profit-driven business this is a rare gift. I would definitely return to beautiful Dalyan and the Karaca and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap holiday in a gorgeous part of Turkey. But that cockerel had better watch out !

enver and adell who own this property were very welcoming and could not do enough to make our stay a very enjoyable holiday. always on hand to help if you need it, adell is a fantastic cook and she makes a lentil soup that you must try if you stay there, would highly recommend these apartments as they really are only 5 min walk from town. cant wait to return next year

Karaca Apartments are clean and spacious approx. 8minutes walk into town centre for a choice of many restaurants and bars.Hosts Enver and Adile make their guests very welcome and can not do enough to make your stay very pleasant,Turkish breakfast made by Adile is very well presented and filling, we have stayed in Dalyan on several occasions and rate this stay as one of the best.

Enver, Adile and their daughters could not have been more friendly or helpful. Our first visit to Turkey and they looked after us, booking airport transfers and restaurants as well as sharing cake and lots of tea. Like all the Turks we met they were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was great and as described. The balcony was a bit too warm to eat out on but thats not the Karacas fault! Great hospitality, will recommend. Thanks for helping us have a truly relaxing brake. Ewan, Sarah, Alex and Josh

The apartments are both clean and nicely decorated with a lovely swimming pool and garden. Positioned perfectly for a short walk into Dalyan centre but a peaceful place to relax great for teenagers as they can dip in and out of the town without too much worry. All in all it would have been a lovely holiday any way but it was made wonderful by the owners Enver and Adeley and their family. As hosts they could not have been more attentive and informative. They were warm friendly and helpful throughout. They suggested trips and arranged transport, and were a wealth of information on the local area. I would highly recommend their apartments and we will be back soon. The Bissetts
