The villa at Southern Dunes is fantastic, perfect for a family with young children. We were grandparents staying with our children and grandchildren and it suited all of us very well. The children especially enjoyed the vast array of dressing up clothes. Response from the owners was swift and extremely helpful. Want to go back NOW! Golf course was used and Walmart being so close was invaluable.

This villa far exceeded our expectations. Absolutely everything you could ever need to make your stay perfect has been thought of. The pool is fabulous and the kids just loved the games room. All of the beds are amazingly comfortable. Communication with the owner via email was great and we had a couple of minor things which we contacted the management company about and Susan was a fabulous help with everything being dealt with swiftly. If you have already booked this villa you will not be disappointed, and if your thinking of booking this villa I would highly recommend it. We had an amazing 3 week holiday and if we do get back out to Florida we would definitely stay at this villa again.

Beautiful home, no surprises when we arrived, the unit was as advertised & more! Lots of toys for the kids & plenty of room for the adults. Would have liked to have better control over A/C as the lowest setting was 74 degrees however I understand there must be a large utiltiy cost associated.

I have rent houses in Southern Dunes since 1993 and it is the first time we have rent a house where the pool side is in the shadow until the afternoon. It would have been nice to know that before we booked the house. We have 2 children who like the pool from the early morning. All other things in this house is great - clean and functionally.

Your house was perfect for our last stay. I really appreciate how accommodating you and your house keepers were. We had a great week and look forward to coming back again. If you have a family headed to Disney, LegoLand, etc... This house is perfect. If you golf, Southern Dunes is a very nice golf course with great staff. See you next time

"When we arrived at the villa it was a wow factor. Absolutely beautiful. Driving into Southern Dunes was great. The villa has everything you could ask for and more. Loved the space, decor and especially the pool. This villa is positioned so you have the sun until it sets at night which is marvellous. The games room is great for the men in the family. Cable telly in every room. All in all it is excellent value for money and you can even go and play tennis within the community. Certainly would return again. "We enjoyed our time so much at your villa! The pool was alittle cool when we arrived on the 3rd but we placed a call to [the management company] and they checked it out - however after a couple of days it really got very hot, so we had to call them again to have the temp turned down - after that it was perfect and we enjoyed it every day!!.... You have done very nice updat es to the villa - the new leather furniture is beautiful and comfortable - the dining room set is very nice too! as are the dishes and the nice addition of TV's (with cable) in the living room and bedrooms! A very comfortable home!!.... Thanks so much again."

"We LOVED it! First, hubby insists I comment on the golf course! He loved it! He has played several in the Orlando area over the years and this is his absolute favorite. He even called a friend to gush about it (and hubby doesn't generally gush... ever). I loved the "library"! Great selec tion of books - couldn't believe how many of my Fav authors - I highly recommend reading while in lines at the parks - bring a Ziplock to toss the books in when you hit the rides. Kid games were awesome too. Loved that Walmart was around the corner and trips into Orlando were faster and easier than we expected. We didn't use the pool, but were impressed with how clean it was out there. Furnishings reminded me of Ikea - so nice and practical and NICE. Wish we had those TVs at home - felt spoiled. Loved it! We will be back!"

"Hi,we had a fantastic holiday! The villa was lovely,everything was as we expected,just like all photos on web site which was good.The rooms are all genorous and well equipped,air con was appreciated as it was very close(with thunderstorms throughout our stay).All loved the pool-especially children, though we were out and about a little more than planned due to poor weather conditions(not pool/sunbathing weather!)so did not spend as much time at the villa as we may have liked.(But that`s not your fault!) The villa was easy to find,always good easy jouneys to and from Disney parks etc.We never ventured far around the local area which seems a shame now we are back home, but we definatley got the most out of Disney,Universal and Seaworld, which is what we were visiting the area for! We would recommend your villa to family or friends as we really enjoyed staying there,having no complaints at all.We hope you have a good holiday there soon,and thank you for letting your lovely villa for us to enjoy!"
