Lovely villa great location loads of room. Pool was well kept. Only 1 thing I'd suggest is build a nice bbq area as the one we had was very small throw away one. Kerim was amazing well spoken and sent us all the information we needed ie supermarket doctors hospitals beaches shops etc Will definitely be booming again.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Plenty of space for everybody fantastic size pool that faces South. Everything in the villa you could possibly need and the wifi is a fantastic bonus. Kerim was on hand for any problems or advice. Unfortunatley ,if you don't want to drive, you will need a cab or bus to get to restaurants etc. The closest are in Kadriye or Belek which is a 10 minute cab ,which are pretty inexpensive. There is a board in the villa with recommendations for restaurants and a taxi number for Huysain who was an absolute diamond., 35tl to kadriye beach or town and back ( about £9 return for up to 8 people). There is a small shop at the top of the road (5 mins) that have the basics and about another 15 mins on there is a Migros supermarket with the rest. Don't be put off by the fact you have to pay for electric and water, we were a group of 7 adults in 4 bedrooms and it cost £60 for the lot. All in all a great villa but a bit of a trip to the beach etc.

Hi Everyone, Before the trip I was skeptical of the reviews and worried about the area, the house, the whole idea of renting in Belek. Everything turned out to be awesome, Bill was beyond helpful and Suat, I cant say enough about him. This place is the real deal, coming from California we all had high expectations and they met everyone of them. I would highly recommend the place and I would stay here again. There were 7 of us and the house had more than enough room to accommodate. Quick advice for fellow tourists, a car is a must. We rented from Bills guy our car broke down and he had it fixed in a few hours at no cost to us. Make sure to visit the waterfall that starts with Kul, (cant remember the name), but it is north of the airport on the way to Isparta about 10 min north of Antalya airport. I have stayed in this villa many times it's so beautiful and peaceful there I call it my little bit of heaven , it's very clean with well kept garden and a lovely swimming pool the beach is nearby there's lots of golf courses and a local shop and bar if you don't have a car , the taxi service that was recommended was very reasonable and restaurants in nearby towns also very good with reasonable prices , it's a lovely private road with gates each end and lovely views of the mountains , I can't wait to go again .

We stayed in the villa with family, the villa was clean, very modern and all the bedrooms were good sizes. The private swimming pool was lovely and development has a bigger pool and is very well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

The villa was beautiful, large enough to accommodate all 8 of us. The only reason they advertise it for 6 persons is because there are only 6 chairs at the dinner table. 3 double rooms and 1 twin. - The was no toaster or microwave, (which is normal for Turkey) but other than that the villa was fairly well equipped. the villa was situated next to the communual swimming pool which was perfect for the children. the whole site was manned 24 hours by a security guard amnd the road was for residents only! Peaceful and very safe. Would recommend to anyone. Great Holiday! Situated right inbetween Kadriye and Belek - Would require taxis to/from beach and town centres but only £5.00 each way. (£10 round trip) If you get the same taxi driver they collect you on the return. Other than that the restaurants will come and get you at their expense if you dine there. Kerim the manager was on hand all the time for any problems we had. Just to let you know the use of electric and water is additional to what you pay but is reasonable and you can control this depending on the usage of the aircon units etc. We ended up payining about £100.00 which covered just over 3 weeks and we had the aircons on most of the time and lots of baths and showers. This is a fantastic villa, in a great setting, with a lovely private pool. The street in which the villa is situated is private with a security guard, with no through traffic so very safe for young children. Not only does the villa have its own pool but there is also an Olympic size outdoor pool that only residents on the street can use, which is crystal clear (and nobody uses!) so ideal if you fancy some exercise. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing fortnight in the villa with my family with the age range from 60's to 10 and everything suited us all. The villa is spacious and very very comfortable and we all loved the pool. I don't think there was anything we needed that the villa didn't have. The rooms were vast and so very comfortable and the decor very relaxing. Good amenities close by and I know for a fact without hesitation we will return this year. True value for money in your own little bit of paradise. I cannot recommend this villa or location highly enough.

We spent two weeks in the vila. It is as described, even better! Bill is very considerate and orgnized everything properly. Phil and Paul are very caring and supportive. The vila really worths the money, it is very clean and equipped, relaxing and safe. There are teo beaches nearby and it is not far from Belek City Centere, although you will need a car to get around.

We spent two glorious weeks in this villa. Everything you could wish for within and more. Beautiful furnishings and an amazing private pool. There is also a very large pool on the complex which is a little cooler for those really hot days. Bedrooms were very spacious and cosy and it was all too easy to feel very at home. Sizeable bathrooms made it very comfortable with several people staying, excellent shower facilities and a fantastic corner bath/jacuzzi. The terrace was a beautiful place to shade from the sun and the terrace furnishings suited all occasions, large table and chairs for dining, sofa for evening relaxing and chairs and tables for day to day lounging. There is a local shop and bar that is a ten minute walk from the villa and the fresh bread in the morning is well worth the walk. The food in the local area never disappointed and before we left we were planning our return visit.
