This was our second stay at this villa and we would definitely think about returning in the future. Thank you for a great holiday!

Overall very good the only gripes were a couple of pool area floor tiles coming away and a lot of bird droppings from a nest in the eves of the building

This is our second time in this villa. It's lovely and spacious. The outdoor area is perfect with nice size pool and sun beds. The complex is quiet with a few restaurants and the hotel has a lovely bar which is nice for a couple of drinks on an evening, with has music and entertainment.

The villa was perfect for us. Clean, well equipped and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Very very happy with our stay! Location to facilities is great most things literally on the doorstep,a good array of restaurants within easy walking distance check out route 66,communication with owner was very good. Villa was very nice with plenty of shade if required as obviously it gets very hot, pool was nice.wood highly recommend hiring a car as most things like beaches and shopping are not that close.but all in all a great time was had by all and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The villa is centrally located within the Mar Menor Golf Resort, near to the mini supermarket, hotel complex and tennis courts making the bars and restaurants an easy stroll away. Each of the 3 bedrooms has air conditioning and there is also a unit in the living area which is great during the hot July nights we just had! Resort Management were helpful, friendly and efficient at our check in and check out. However there are one or two minor faults. The villa could have been cleaner, we found sweet wrappers under one of the beds and there were cobwebs on the stairs. The welcome manual seems to be quite out of date and has water damage on some of the pages making them impossible to read. There were no towels for teh swimming pool and the tiles surrounding the pool itself are quite slippery when wet. Having said that we do feel that the villa is good value for money. We had a great holiday and would be happy to return in the future.

Really loved this villa. Inside is spacious and modern and the outside area and pool are great. The covered terrace was perfect at night to enjoy a drink and a game of cards! The villa has everything you need and the well stocked supermarket is only a few steps away. The lovely hotel is opposite and had a dj every night so was a nice place to have a few cocktails. The on site management company were very good. We had a couple of small issues and they resolved them efficiently and quickly. We have stayed in many villas and I have to say this one is my favourite. Great communication from the owner and Clickstay. Would definitely look to return in the future.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this villa and had an amazing time. The resort management were extremely attentive and friendly throughout our stay and the owner of the villa responded promptly to my queries on the lead up to the holiday. The villa is situated in close proximity to the supermarket and the hotel which hosts the disco most nights of the week, this can be a bit noisy but didnt bother us- it certainly didnt seem to go on too late. There is a strip of nice restaurants on the edge of the resort a short walk away. The villa was perfect for our needs with a modern decor and lovely pool. My only criticism of the villa was the cleanliness. It was by no means dirty but certain parts lacked attention. 2 of the 4 sun beds were also broken on our arrival but these were replaced promptly when we contacted the management company. Overall- a fantastic holiday and we would definitely return!

Great villa. One of the best we have stayed in on the resort. Will be booking again.
