This apt is in a great location close to the beach and Agean Pine has lovely clean pools. We did not cook so not sure about cooker but there appears to be plenty cooking utensils. The showers and bathrooms could do with an upgrade but the owners quick to resolve any issues. Nice and quiet at night. Great value for money. We would book again

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of July, beginning of August. The apartment is amazing, so clean, spacious & so well equipped with everything you need for an amazing holiday. The booking process was so easy, communication with the owner was fantastic, will certainly go back!

The apartment was fantastic if anynthing was no knifes and fhe aorcon was in the lounge only we were loaned a fan from my turkish home very kind. Would love to go back next year. Lovely place people and resort my favourite place in turkey. Regards sue and barry irvin

Using the guide provided by Villa Renters, I simple cut and pasted the list of available items and my review after each item. Apartment - excellent condition Bedrooms - excellent condition, good storage 2 double bed(s). - mattresses were hard, linen appeared to be brand new. 2 en-suite. - bathrooms were excellent, nice and roomy. Bed linen and towels provided. - excellent condition. Room for up to 4 people. - there was plenty of room for my kids to stretch their legs and for the entire family to relax. Living room - excellent condition. Room for 4 in the living room - yes Room for 4 in the dining room - yes Bathrooms 2 bathroom(s) - excellent condition 2 WC(s) - would have been nice to have shower curtains and bath mats so we wouldnt get the outside floor all wet. Is that what Hamam style means? Heating & cooling Air–conditioning - was not necessary but if the weather had called for A/C would have been nice to know how to turn on. Central heating - although we did not need heating, it would have been nice to know how to turn on the heating. Kitchen – excellent!!!!! Cooker – excellent!! Oven – excellent!!! Microwave – excellent!!! Fridge – excellent!!! Freezer – excellent!!!! Kettle - excellent Toaster - excellent Dish washer – possible leak KITCHEN SINKS – Left sink leaks and food disposal not functioning. Washing machine – great for travelling with a family but no instructions on how to use provided for non-Turkish speakers. Clothes drier – the clothes line was located in front balcony and had not been used for some time. The unit fell apart from too much exposure to the sun and was moved to the balcony in the back in order to set it up on chairs. Although I love clothes that air dry, for convenience it would have been nice to have a machine to dry the clothes. Iron – I do not iron… Cutlery - excellent Crockery - excellent Glassware - excellent Cooking utensils – excellent Entertainment & facilities Television – TV guide in English or a guide to which channels are in English would have been helpful. DVD – a few family friendly movies would have been nice but not absolutely necessary. These are small things that note the owner is aware of who (the family composition) will be staying in their property and is conscious of details. CD – no comment Outside Quiet area - excellent Patio area - excellent Balcony – the wood doors to the two front balcony’s either should be replaced or reinforced because the wood is deteriorating due to weather and wind and can be difficult to open and close. View of the sea – AWESOME! Panoramic views – AWESOME! Barbeque – No charcoal provided and apparently has not been used in a while. Would have been nice to grill outside but barbeque was filled with cleaning supplies and we didn’t want to disturb the items. Suitability Beach – Easy, inexpensive access to Didum beach via local bus. Restaurant – closest restaurant was within walking distance, the owners were wonderful and the food delicious. I particularly enjoyed the space and children’s area. Food shop – Easy and inexpensive access to markets by bus once you get your bearings.

We stayed in this apartment in September 2013 , we had a fantastic holiday at this apartment which is a lovely , clean and well equipped apartment in the lovely area of Yesilkent. Everything was perfect the only thing that let it down was the lack of sunbeds at the poolside as apparently each apartment has to supply their own sunbeds for the pool area , we ended up having to buy lilos to use around the pool .
