Loved the apartment - exceptionally clean as was the whole place. The apartment could do with a bit of an update like the bathroom which is nice an modern and unfortunately beside the bins which wakened us at 2.30am most morning. However we would return. Maybe a to a bit bigger apartment. But overall excellent choice.

A very spacious property, with two big balconies with amazing sea views, located right on the boardwalk. Stan, the manager of the property, couldn't have been more helpful, responding by return to any texts we sent him. Some of the apartment is a little tired but, overall, excellent value for money. The only downside (not the fault of the apartment) was the constant noise from 3 cages of parrots on the roof of a nearby building.

Such an amazing apartment, location was outstanding as it was close to the heart of JBR and Dubai Marina. Great facilities provided like Pools and Gyms. Owner was easy to reach via SMS/Email/Whatsapp. Overall recommend this apartment to anyone who wants great value for money.

The stay in partment was very nice. Sasha made a good job. When ever we had questions she answerd quickly and was there for us. It was a great place to stay for holidays. We enjoyed it very much. We hope we come soon back to this great place. Thank you

Thank you for a great week - the apartment was perfect for our small family group. Everything we needed was in the apartment, which was clean, attractive and comfortable. The complex is situated in a hilly area, which was a bit of a strain for our 87-year-old, but not unmanageable! Plenty of restaurants, bars, beaches and shops close by and right on the marina and promenade. The booking and checking in process was faultless. A great time was had by all and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

A really great place to stay and Sasha was brilliant, being available anytime we needed. The general building is easy to find but the downside is that the actual apartment a bit tricky to find as there are 4 different entrances from an underground car park and the main entrance is surrounded by building work - none of this impacted the stay though. Will use again if we visit to watch the rugby 7s again.

Don H This is a very favorable recommendation. Clean, had parking, near Dubai Marina,comfortable bed. Sasha handled the keys and was available by phone, sms and email. She was just fantastic person to meet. I highly recommend. I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea.
