What a great holiday!!! there were 12 of us in total including a baby and this set up was just perfect! a private 4 dwelling site with everything you could ask for. If you don't know how to get up there it can be a bit of a pain but as long as you stick to the main roads its a breeze. Pool was lovely, shower was lovely and it had all the utensils, and cook ware you'd need although the knives could do with a sharpen!!! Communication from the broker was great and gave us everything we needed. Supermarkets and things to do all fairly near, and each property had a book of local things to do, see and where to each which was a nice touch including a welcome package in the fridges which was lovely too!! Had a washing machine which we used every day and iron and ironing board (which we didn't but it was there) Wifi could be a little hit and miss although we didn't go there to play on that so it didn't really matter!! We all had a great time and would deffo go back again. On a personal note...BRING THE MOSQUITO SPRAY!!!

These bungalows are fabulous - especially for families. Our 4 year old granddaughter was able to be very independent and very safe. She/we made friends with another family and kids were in/out of pool with adults happily enjoying a drink and BBQ together. We know area very well as we have been visiting family for a number of years, but I believe, anyone with car, will find their way around the beautiful area or a lazy day or relaxing night back at the bungalow. We look forward to returning.

Overall a good apartment - good access to beach, spacious internally and a very large terrace. Only real downsides were an uncomfortable bed (from our point of view) and very poor bedding (bed sheet too small and only two pillow cases). Only one of the two bedrooms was made up for use even though we paid the full rate so we were unable to supplement bedding from the other room. Sort out the bed and bedding and it will be a very good apartment.

Very good, but would say when we went in October you did not get much sun on the patio, as the sun did not get round until about 1 o'clock and disappeared behind the trees by 3 o'clock.

An upmarket, well equipped large apartment set in peaceful and well-maintained grounds just five minutes to the beach. The guest shower-room desperately needs a new shower-cubicle as the old one leaks badly and is quite mouldy. The large bedrooms would/should easily accommodate a dressing-table, however there is masses of wardrobe space. Kitchen equipment needs to be checked: no can-opener or oven-gloves and the pedal-bin does not pedal and needs replacement. The guest information book is hopelessly outdated with most of the information incorrect and no mention of the WIFI. The school opposite the excellent, large patio can be noisy when the children are playing but this is not too intrusive. I have not rated 'communication with owner' because all the communication is with the staff of the letting agents! All together a few problems that need addressing as this is a 100 € a night apartment - the cost of a four/five star hotel outside of a city!

Spacious and comfortable apartment . Nice and quiet residence Great Location 5 minutes walk from the Arenal Beach and maritime paséo . Only the bedding is to review ... Perfect Stay !

What can I say?..PLENTY! What a fabulous apartment, clean, welcoming comfy beds (we both have back problems) super terrace, wifi, DVD etc. brilliant shower. We felt very secure and underground parking was fantastic. Gorgeous surroundings pool clean and lovely garden area. Close to beach and restaurants. Any criticism? No. I think a book for people to leave comments would be nice. Also although not a problem for us the pool is closed between 3-5 pm for cleaning but it just made us go out to the beach for a bit. Lovely family feel and the people we met were all lovely including some owners. Sabina was really helpful and no issues with check in or out. Thank you.. A lovely holiday

Seul bémol, le couchage qui était pour le moins inconfortable. La résidence est vraiment agréable, les appartements sont bien aménagés. Complexe à recommander.

Hemos estado una semana con el objetivo de celebrar un cumpleaños con amigos. La disponibilidad de internet era clave para la celebración y entrando un lunes no hemos podido disponer de internet hasta el jueves por la tarde y a base de estar todo el dia persiguiendo el tema. Creemos que no es aceptable no haber revisado anteriormente a la entrada de los inquilinos, si todo lo ofrecido estaba disponible. Esta incidencia, asi como descubrir que la bomba de de la piscina también estaba estropeada, no nos ha permitido estar relajados 4 dias de los 7 contratados mas pendientes de que los servicios funcionaran que de poder disfrutar de las vacaciones. La bomba de la piscina fue reparada en un tiempo record lo que no ocurrio con el servicio de internet.

This apartment was very clean and comfortable and its location was perfect for us-less than a 10 minute walk from the lovely Arenal Beach and its bars and restaurants. Because it was on the ground floor the terrace was particularly spacious and private with a few steps to the pool and we enjoyed our stay. I would have liked a full length mirror.
