We had a superb week at this lovely villa. Although in an urban location it was very quiet and private. The Villa was clean and well furnished; the pool was fabulous. It is close to the local amenities and beach. The location was excellent for exploring the Western side of the Island. We were welcomed well by Denis and he was prompt on the day we had to leave. A great villa which we would happily return to. Our only comments would be that: 1: the directions given using place names did not match those on the road signs! For anyone going to the villa from Tenerife South take the TF1 to junction no: 81 TF47 (signposted Armenime) follow the TF47; at the third roundabout take the exit signed Callao Salvaje. Travel approximately 500 m passing a big church on the left. About 100m past this the road divides; take the right fork and park near the archway. Villa Aziz is immediately on the right (walk up the tiled pathway). 2: The 100 euro cleaning charge payable locally. This not only seemed a huge amount, but also meant that we had to carry a large amount of cash with us, (plus 300 euro damages deposit) as UK banks charge commission on debit cards used in Europe. It would be better to add the cleaning charge to the rental price.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as described. Our only negative comment is that the final cleaning charge was excessive.
