We have just returned from a very relaxing and excellent week. Muzaffer couldn’t do enough for us and there were nice touches like food and drink in the fridge and fruit left out. The portable wi fi was extremely useful as it enabled us to utilise the sat nav app that he recommended. The villa was very comfortable with plenty of towels etc and was well located for the very pretty village of Bellapais where there were plenty of good restaurants. Collection from and to the airport was extremely efficient as were car hire arrangements. Would thoroughly recommend this villa. Many thanks Muzaffer

Absolutely worth it! And surely coming again! :-) Nice apartment / Villa in possession of a Cypriot Family (living there since approx. 300 years). The owner/son collected me himself at the airport (even arriving at 24:00 clock), Absolutely friendly and accommodating, gave me a short course in Cypriot history the last 100 years, current economy, population, federal government until today with lots of useful tips and tricks. As I arrived so late, he already filled the fridge for me to have something for breakfast, free of charge, as well as a personal driver to buy any stuff for the apartment. Personal Driver was always available and all other trips very cheap! Everything was sorted, nothing to complain, travelling like having a personal travel guide, always available for any needs (e.g. free Wifi, Soundsystem, whatever/whenever needed)! If you have never been to Cyprus before there will no need to read anything about the Island in the Internet. You will get best, true, accurate informations on any Topic 1st Hand! For that kind of place to stay that was the best service and experience I have ever had in my life! :-( Actually nothing - but I think it’s more authentic leaving at least something here I recognized but didn’t care: To stay objective – the villas offered by the provider are all traditional Cypriot houses with a nice flair, view, garden, good location and it’s obvious that you cannot expect newly styled and furnished houses which is from my point of view absolutely fine – however at least in my apartment the shower could have been a bit cleaner. However, it was the same in regular (and much newer) Hotels I have been in North Cyprus. And Im 100% certain the owner would had taken care of immediately if I mentioned it. But that wasn’t a real issue and looking at all positive Points that’s actually the last you would bother about.

Stunning views Really really lovely villa with stunning sea view and Bellapais Abbey from the garden .it was very well equipped with just about everything one wanted. There was plenty of towels and clean sheets in villa so wanted for nothing . Most evenings we would walk up into the village of bellapais where there were plenty of restaurants to eat in or simply have a drink. It was slightly uphill into the village but only took about 3 or 4 minutes but really worth the walk,no need to take the car which i liked. Villa was also equipped mobile wifi which was good..

An Amazing spot and wonderful service In a nutshell that was just perfect. Excellent service with Muzaffer arranging every detail from transfer from airport, amenities, grocery for first night, Wifi and even the car rental. Beautiful view on the sea and very nice location close to Kyrenia. The pool is a bit small but completely secluded and the house has two sections you can privatise, a great add-on for us since we were two couples with our own needs. The only little drawback is the furniture rather old, but house is perfectly so you can leave with it. We had a wonderful and would surely come back if the opportunity shows up

"Stunning views". Stayed here for 3 weeks ,views from the pool were stunning . Lovely villa very well equipped with everything one would need for a holiday .Modern shower and bathroom ,downstairs cloakroom ,lovely sitting area leading on to kitchen diner, out through patio doors to the pool.Must say there were lots of clean towels and linen in the property .We only had about a 10 minute drive to Kyrenia ,but there were also plenty of restaurants and bars in the village of Catalkoy . We wanted for nothing, the owners were very helpful and were always on hand if needed. Will be arranging another trip later this year ..

This place is like heaven, we were so happy there and relaxed, just wake up in the morning sit on the balcony with a nice cup of coffee, and pluck a lemon off the trees in the garden, have a dip in the swimming pool, get dressed and a short drive or even a walk to all amenities, we loved it, and Villa Alison will be our holiday villa in December cant wait.I reccomend this beautiful villa, also a donkey santuary walking distance, we loved it can I say more oh yes HEAVEN

Ideal village location Very good airport collection service and welcome pack ,apartment was very well equipped and clean with everything you needed on hand .Swimming pool was small but very clean and ideal for lazing around in. The location was in a small village with a couple of village shops and several bars and restaurants which was good for us as we could just walk .It was easy access to main road which enabled us to go in any direction sightseeing ..

LOVELY TYPICAL CYPRIOT VILLAGE HOUSE IN A WONDERFUL LOCATION I have stayed here many times (with children and without) and will be returning again in June, I love the location, the village has a few grocery shops, several restaurants and bars offering both Turkish and European cuisine. The house is spacious and well equipped, unusually due to the very thick walls the house is lovely and cool in the summer. The garden offers both full sun and shaded ares with a pool that was well maintained and cleaned regularly during our stay. The owners are very helpful and put themselves out to ensure you enjoy your holiday. Nothing was too much trouble.North Cyprus has many sights of interest, my favorite has to be Bellapais Abbey and if you don't mind an uphill walk, their is a lovely walk up an old crusader road from the villa to the abbey and village.
