A spacious villa in a secure gated community, south facing large pool deck and large pool with attached jacuzzi. The villa could do with soime updating and looks 'tired'. All the beds bar 2 singles upstairs need mattrass replacements, they all creaked and moaned and are clearly past their lifespan. The dishwasher was insecure and we had to request wine glasses. There were cockroaches most days and we had to request the bug spray people, they came the same day but at 8pm, grandchildren were in bed so some rooms had to be missed and a further visit rearranged. The pool temperature was a bit erratic and the pool light not working, the management company were contacted, the pool temp was resolved but it took them 7 days to replace the light. They did not reply to any of our requests so just as well we were in when the repair people turned up. It has good wifi, a huge main TV and further sets in the bedrooms, a pool table on the landing, poolside furniture but no barbeque. The villa manual is all online and a printed copy would have been much better. The villa is 6 bedrooms and could be absolutely stunning but it does need updating.

This was our second stay at this villa we were 2 families consisting of 7 adults and 2 children. On first view the villa was just as beautiful as our last visit in 2018. However we noticed the villa was looking a little unkempt in places and I feel this is down to the management company. Rentals such as this will have lots of usage and as such requires a certain amount of up keep, which I believe the management company are not fulfilling. The pool looked murky and had a film, we did report this and the managment team manged to clean the pool after the hurricane however in opinionit requires a deep clean as the bottomof the pool was still dirty. We did contact the management team on a number of occasions to report different issues, they did respond effectively and that makes a difference when trying to enjoy your limited time. Anthony the owner called us as hurricane Milton was forecast and we did report the issues to him and he was very good, I provided him with our views on the how the management team seem to be slacking a little and he stated he would speak with them. Our overall experience this time was impacted due to some of the issues however it is still a beautiful villa in a beautiful location and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. We have already booked to return for next year as I know if we encounter any issues they will be rectified without issue. This is by no means a negative review, it is an honest review to reflect that yes rentals will require upkeep and how important it is that when issues are raised they are dealt with which they were. If you are looking for a villa that is close to the parks, close to places to eat and shop, has a large pool, quite and safe gated community, an owner that is responsive, has everything you could possibly need then this villa is definitely one to book. We are already booked to return and would not hesitate to book again! Thanks Anthony best wishes Aaron.

Amazing stay - been a long time coming having booked for 2021 and postponed a few times due to COVID-19. The location was superb, within easy reach to many Disney parks via the I-4 and not many tolls in this area which was a bonus. Cockroaches and other bugs were annoying but this was common amongst other villas we’ve hired in the past. The rooms were roomy, bathrooms stunning and the pool was perfect! The communication with Anthony was top-notch - speedy and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we definitely will be back. Thanks once again.

Our stay at the villa was great! The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants close by. It was clean and tidy and well stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely stay at this great villa again... Thank you

Had a great stay here plenty of room for everyone pool was great nice an warm small problem with coacroaches but was dealt with as soon as we reported it . Bins were a bit overflowing when we got there and not emptied when we put out. But otherwise villa was nice an clean would definitely recommend it and would be nice to see a small welcoming pack 😀

We had a lovely stay in April/May. The villa was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious and family friendly. It’s in a great location, with shops and restaurants near by, and a good base if you’re visiting the Disney and Universal parks. We all loved the games area upstairs. We would highly recommend the villa to friends and family. Not a criticism but just a suggestion, a wireless speaker in the games area would be good as we liked to listen to music but had nothing to connect the phones to. And a clothes line or airer in the garage would be helpful as drying clothes outside is not allowed

On arrival the check in process was very easy and the villa was easy to find. Plenty of space in all the bedrooms and living areas. The pool area and Lanai area were great, plenty of furniture and sunbeams however slightly overlooked by neighbouring properties and privacy netting could be a little higher to help this issue. The pool temperature and hot tub temperature are the best we have had in Florida. Only criticism of the hot tub would be some grout needs replacing and tiles scrubbing at water level. Kitchen area needs more large pans etc for cooking but there was plenty of cutlery and crockery. We had an issue in this area with cockroaches and found them also in the dishwasher. We contacted the company and they came and pest controlled the area. In the bathrooms we found hair in the plug holes on arrival. Overall we were very happy with the villa and in hindsight would have appreciated some hooks for towels and coats etc and a clothes airer.

Communication with Anthony the owner was great and he was very accommodating due to all the changes we had to make due to covid. Our party size was reduced down to just two, so the property was too large. In addition, the master bedroom and laundry was upstairs which was an issue for us and I don’t recall seeing this mentioned in the description, maybe worth adding in if it’s not there already. The outside lania area was great, we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Location was great for easy access to the gulf beaches , Disney etc.

Arrived after Hurricane Ian a few issues due to the storm that was dealt with promptly. Went on to have a amazing holiday, Villa was really spacious for 3 families with easy access to parks and restaurants and set within a lovely area. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
