Lovely clean apartment in a prime location for all amenities. The apartment could do with a little attention kitchen cupboard doors wardrobe doors touch up on paintwork. The music from wonder bar can be loud and you can still hear it at 1am. We asked for an extra set of keys sunbeds and matresses and all these were sorted within 24th couldn’t ask for a better service Overall I would definitely recommend it and would stay in this apartment again 😁

Stayed at Oyster villa number 8 for 1 week in September. Consisted of myself, brothers, cousin, husband & mother. A small family trip. Cannot fault the communication with the owner & Omar as well. Any issues we had they assisted and also sorted out transfers which were planned very last minute which was helpful. The villa itself was clean when we arrived, however towels and bedding never changed which was a slight inconvenience especially with the towels being so small as well. The main bathroom on the middle floor was missing a seal so the floor got soaked every use which was again very inconvenient with lack of towels. The Ensuite on the middle floor the shower was fine never had an issues. The lower bathroom was fine but sometimes the water got really cold, same with the top floor Ensuite. Beds were comfy enough, can’t complain, however only small sheets. No duvets which was a shame. Kitchen was good, a nice big fridge freezer, Turkish tea pot, kettle, toaster wasn’t the best but ok. Pool was lovely, cleaned every morning however was cold. We didn’t use the communal as we prefer privacy. Unfortunately had an issue with the electricity being blown, however Omar came about an hour later and fixed it (was around midnight), this also resulted in no hot water from the boiler, this did take 2 days to resolve as it was a Saturday night going into Sunday. We managed without but a slight inconvenience. The area is great. 20-30 minute walk to Callis main town. A few great restaurants and bars before you get to the main bit. Our favourite was an Italian Pastano by Julia. Great shisha everywhere you go as well. The villa is located right on the beach, however it is pebbly so take shoes! There is small parts which are sandy. The on-site Turkish bath was amazing, me & my partner had a 2.5 hour experience for £100. You wouldn’t get that in England. The on-site shop was handy & they do some lovely dragon fruit that we purchased every morning. Overall just small things perhaps a linen and towel change even for short stays as there was a washing machine but as the villa ran on an electric key card the moment you leave it would go off, so it was hard to wash anything unless you’re happy to sit there all day. A better shower door in the main bathroom & finally some duvets for people to have the option. Thank you for a fabulous holiday & I would definitely recommend!

Once we booked villa the owner contacted ref transfers for airport which was well arranged. The 5 bedrooms are all a good size.Loved having our own pool. Complex is well equipped with shop bar and restaurant villa was very clean and excellent welcome pack too

the villa is in a quiet location but within 5 minute stroll to local restaurant or 10 minute stroll to more restaurants and the local beach. From here you can take a dolmus to Calis Beach and if you want to go there in the evening for more nightlife and shops then the taxis are cheap too. There are plenty of things to see and do during your stay. Omer was the perfect host making us feel welcome, and he organised our airport taxi transfers beforehand which we strongly recommend as you can easily arrange any car hire once you are there. The villa was clean and in a quiet area and the pool cleaned daily. The only complaint we had was that our stay went far too quickly !!
